I called Toennies this morning, and I spoke with Ike about a fault code coming up on my Water Furnace unit. Our area is in the middle of an Ice storm and no one is traveling today because of the roads. Ike walk be through a few procedures over the phone and got my unit up and running. We wanted to take a moment and thank Jake Griesbaum and Toennies heating and cooling. Our parent's a/c went out over mother's day weekend. Jake Griesbaum was quick to respond to our call and assure us that everything would be taken care of as soon as possible. The Toennies crew arrived that monday morning and made quick work getting the a/c replaced. The work was efficient and top notch. They had our parent's new a/c unit up and running in no time at all. The crew was respectful and cleaned everything up as if they'd never been there and the cost was very reasonable. We can't thank Jake and Toennies enough for the fast and reliable service they provided for our parents.Toennies has always had a great reputation in the area and its really wonderful to see that Jake has continued those values in serving the community. Excellent customer service. The best technicians. They know geothermal and are the experts in the metro east. Installation and repairs are both in their expertise. I'll continue to do business with them and I trust them greatly.

I’ve had to call them out twice and have two different parts replaced within a week. Their prices were very reasonable and cheaper than most other companies. Very friendly staff. Each time they’ve been able to squeeze me in same day I call. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends and use them from here on out.

I am really happy with the geothermal unit that they put in my house. I had a new build and Lyle really helped me with all decisions that needed to be made and Joe really did a great job with geothermal line placement. Everyone that came to my house was extremely helpful and made sure everything was working smoothly. I highly recommend working with them and could not be happier.
