The hinges on our ovens were broken for months. They diagnosed it correctly over the phone on our initial call. When the manufacturer sent the wrong parts, Omar told me immediately. He kept me updated while they slowly corrected their mistake, and once they finally sent him the right parts, he scheduled us immediately and quickly fixed both ovens.
