I contacted them on April 13th to schedule a same-day appointment for my outside AC unit, which was conveniently located near me. Their upfront plan seemed appealing, but it turned out to be a scam. They sold me an annual service package for $49 without clearly explaining what it covered, and they even offered me a $50 discount through their app.

The concept of the Premium Home Service app sounded promising, but in reality, it was just another example of how unprepared this company is. I waited for over four hours, only to be told that my service call had been "rolled over" to someone who spoke very little English. The rep kept assuring me that they would arrive within a four-hour window and would contact me beforehand.

However, nothing ever materialized. Despite waiting another hour and calling multiple times, I was repeatedly told that the tech was delayed at another project or that they would contact me soon. But they never did. By 2:30 P.M. on April 14th, I was still waiting with no sign of the technician.

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can only imagine how terrible it will be when summer or winter rolls around. Needless to say, I'm seeking a full refund for the annual service fee and would advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.
