Staff was professional and respectful of my home. The house smells so clean. Great communication. Easy to schedule an appointment. Great service all around.

I am disabled and I was having trouble with my thermostat. When it starts getting extremely hot, this could be treacherous for me if my system is not working properly. Sai Personally showed up at my residence and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair my thermostat. It was also difficult for me to reach my control panel so Sai adjusted the thermostat so I could control it more easily! He took the time to talk to me about my problems, going beyond his required service! I feel like I’ve made a new friend and a valuable service technician! I was stressed out about this problem and he really made my day! Thank you Sai!👍

Do not call this company! I made that mistake. I called to get an estimate of service. The person I spoke with was rather rude, snapping at me any time I asked a question. They will have you answer a bunch of questions to get an estimate (I don’t mind that - would rather get an accurate expectation). However, the price was ridiculously high compared to other equally highly rated companies.

I politely informed the individual that I did not wish to schedule. He got even ruder (was surprised that was possible). Started telling me how I needed the service and was jeopardizing my home … it was weirdly intimidating and sleazy. Not what I would expect from their reviews. I informed him that I would not be going with the company and was not interested.

The moment we hung up, he signed me up for their text alerts. I was stunned. I stopped the sales alerts immediately, but I continue to get sales calls from the company.

Not sure how they got the reviews that they did, but definitely not from their phone team. Do not call unless you want to pay extra and plan on booking, otherwise they will never stop harassing you.

MJ & Prof. X were fantastic! Professional, honest, and courteous. They made me aware of damage they found in my ceiling and potentially saved me from a BIGGER problem. I've never dealt with this type of service before and will not be looking any further than Sai Air for my next duct cleaning. Thank you!
