Mr Sparky and the tech, office staff, and owner all went above and beyond to fix and restore my great grandmothers chandelier. They were highly communicative, creative in problem solving, and delivered door to door service. I was very happy with everyone I worked with and would recommend them for your electrical needs.

I was pleased with how well he educated me about my home's electric system and devices. Every touch point from the office to the field visit were high quality, personable, and professional. Mister Sparky went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. We had a partial power outage at our home due to a broken electrical cable coming into our home. Diagnosing the problem was complex and Mister Sparky helped us find a specialist to trace the line to find the break. They then found a temporary and permanent solution that restored our power (and Air conditioning when it was 90º outside).

Mister Sparky went above and beyond in a few ways: (1) they called Comed for us when we weren't sure what to ask for, (2) they let us borrow portable AC units during the outage, (3) they did some landscaping work while we were waiting for a landscaping team to arrive and (4) they were always responsive when we had questions.

I hired Mister Sparky through Thumbtack and the technician that arrived was amazing! They were quick and professional in the communication via email before the appointment. The technician (James) was more than helpful, and he knew what he was talking about. He went and got all the parts and did a great job installing them. He reviewed everything with me and helped me understand what was being done and what the charges were. I have already asked them to come and install three lighting fixtures. I am very happy with my experience with Mister Sparky.

The receptionist with a British accent was very pleasant and helpful. The electrician Robert is extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my all of my concerns and addressed every single one of them in a very polite and professional manner. I have a list of jobs for the future and will not hesitate at all to call Mister Sparky as soon as we are ready to move forward with the projects.

Robert repaired an issue we were having with our video doorbell after a storm. He was very professional and helpful. Fixed the problem and completed a safety check of our electricity as well. A pleasure to do business with.

Second time I’ve had Robert out to install ceiling fans. Courteous, clean, professional. And pricing was surprisingly good. I would definitely want Robert back. Scheduling was easy. Communication was great. All in all one of the best repair experiences I’ve ever had.

Sam from Mister Sparky was great. Was able to give a fast and fair estimate, then complete some minor work that day. Had some more substantial work that he scheduled for 3 days later after picking up some additional parts. Both visits arrived on time, completed the work during the designated window, and cleaned his workspace before leaving. Clear and professional communication and cost was per the original quote. Excellent, excellent job by Samuel and his team at Mr. Sparky. They were quick, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us with our new light fixtures and solving some electrical problems we’ve had since we’ve owned our house.
