The team at Pure Climate Heating & Cooling was fantastic! Our AC stopped working on a crazy hot Sunday. Jim promptly answered an email and sent someone out the next day. The team diagnosed the issue and gave us our options as well as fair pricing for each option. We opted to replace the AC and furnace and both were installed three days later! The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that we knew how the system worked and checked in several days later to make sure it was working as expected. We've already recommended Pure Climate Heating & Cooling to a few neighbors and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

We've used Pure Climate for several hvac jobs throughout 2023, including uncoupling, moving then reinstalling the ac compressor in order for an excavator to have room to run a backhoe at the side of our house. After all that work was finished, Chris came back this month (Nov) and did an excellent job of tuning-up and cleaning our furnace. Jim (the owner) and Chris are quick to respond and look over the entire system, then take care of everything without pressuring us to buy more parts or accessories than needed. We are staying with Pure Climate as regular semi-annual customers.

11/19/24 Rey texted us he was coming and arrived on time. He was sent to do the annual tune-up of our furnace. He was thorough, quick and courteous. Rey is an excellent addition to Pure Climate's team. I highly recommend Pure Climate for all the services they provide.

In my experience, a lot of heating and cooling service companies have junior people that recommend replacing HVACs as the only option as they do not have the skill set to fix the issue, and/or they are dishonest in their approach for financial gain. Pure Climate is responsive, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and do great work. I highly recommend them.

Been using another company, but they are so busy they could not see me until January. I’m so glad that happened because Pure Climate
was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was afraid I would have to replace my furnace, but I had one issue that needed to be fixed, thankfully. I could’ve been told I needed a new furnace not have known any better.UPDATE. 6/18/25. Had Chris come out because my air went off yesterday and it was 92° outside? They promised that they would fit me in today which they did. There was something wrong with the sensor. I was Worried that I would need another air gondiotioner. Judt like previously when I thought I needed another furnace. Hey these guys are so trustworthy I hope they never go out of business.

I used Pure Climate due to a strong referral from another family member. My 17 yr furnace was acting up on the coldest day of the year (of course) and I was resigned to a the possibility of a high cost furnace replacement just weeks before Christmas. However, Chris isolated the problem in just a few minutes and was able to get my furnace working again in an hour and a half, and for a lot less than I ever imagined. I was so relieved to find an honest company that has the customer’s interest at heart. I heartily recommend Pure Climate for all your heating, cooling and indoor air quality needs.

Rey, my service technician was very patient with me in explaining each detail where I would understand what he was doing. He suggested getting the maintenance agreement to avoid expensive repairs, and was overall a great young man to repair my AC. I highly recommended this company.

Chris from Pure Climate showed up today to help us with our air conditioning (it wasn't as cold as it should have been.) He arrived early, was courteous, and offered us options to choose from whether it be repair or replacement. We'll definitely be using Pure Climate again in the future. Exceptional service and professionalism.

Chris was awesome. Really informative of what he planned to do, let me know what I can expect pricing wise before adding freon and provided solid advice on a leak we currently have. Shared some information about our options if we decide to replace our heating and cooling unit. He was pleasant in conversation and respectful of the house and property. Updated. They were able to come out in a reasonable time frame and have always been professional every time I have needed there services.. Great techs, explain everything so the common person can understand . Would recommend if you are in need of any hvac issues give them a call

My husband and I woke up to a very cold house yesterday! Our furnace wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Pure Climate was my first call early in the morning. Jim answered immediately and told me he’d have someone out within a few hours. Getting set up as a new customer was very quick and easy. Chris arrived earlier than expected (which is great) and was patient while I drove home from work to meet him! Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it same day. My husband and I are first time homeowners and Chris was very kind and took time to explain everything to me and go over some basics that every homeowner should know! He definitely didn’t have to do that so I very much appreciated it! Jim and Chris were both so friendly and the service was so great and fairly priced that it was a no brainer to join their loyalty program!

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He kept me updated on the ETA of his arrival. Addressed the concerns of the issues, and explained the possible causes and faults of the furnace. Answered all my questions with ease and offered simple solutions to help with the HVAC workload as well!

My grandma’s heat wasn’t working as the temperatures at night were starting to drop. I called Pure Climate and Chris was able to make it out the same day to run diagnostics and replace our broken blower motor. The service was great and fast. We would definitely call again.

Always great service with Pure Climate. A couple of years ago we had Chris and the owner Jim replace our central air unit and furnace. They did a great job. Both were professional, knowledgeable and clean. We had Cody this time for maintenance of central air unit and to replace a capacitor. He was also professional and knowledgeable and got our house cooled down in less than a couple hours. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this company.

He did some really amazing clean-up work with our boiler unit and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great and was operating correctly without any issues. Chris was excellent. He was very thorough in his diagnosing, which I am very grateful for because the issue was not what I expected it to be. I thought the gas valve was bad, when it was actually the control board. He provided me with a quote very quickly for options to move forward. Overall a great experience and I will be reaching out again for future HVAC needs.

I had Pure Climate to service my furnace for the cold season and had an outstanding experience with Chris. He did a great job and walked me through some really useful recommendations to extend the life on my system which is still running strong after 30 years. Highly recommend!

Chris from Pure Climate Heating and Cooling is a person I would trust. He not just good at his job as a Hvac serviceman,he sells himself as an honest person. I am a retired 81 year old maintenance and construction electrician. I worked 51 years in the field and had two tour of duty as a Chief Warrant Officer in Vietnam 1968 and 1969. The Tet offense.

Chris was great and prompt (even early so we didn’t have to wait). Very professional and explained everything thoroughly so we were able to understand what he was doing. Highly recommend this company. They return phones calls and texts and provided excellent service. Thank you.

I contacted Pure Climate about a tune up on two furnaces in my home as well as a leak from one of the units that had been going on for months.
I spoke to Jim over the phone and he was pleasant and professional. Although their calendar was busy, Jim was able to squeeze me in within a few days which I really appreciated.
Chris came out to our home and he was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Chris not only did a great job getting both furnaces tuned up but he also was able to diagnose the problem with the leak and repair it right away at a very reasonable cost. I was worried that someone would come out and try to upsell me on new parts and lots of labor costs, but Chris did the opposite. He was very honest, did not upsell me on any parts and was able to fix it on the spot.
Chris was patient and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!
