This was our first time using Pure Climate. We were able to get an appointment right away and a very fair price for a clean and check of our furnace and humidifier. Chris did a great job and answered all of our questions. Thanks so much for the exceptional service!

We needed a heater leak repair solved, and Chris soon detected the source of the problem. He then explained what needed to be done and began the repair after going to get the part replaced. He was respectful coming in and out of the house by using foot covers and completed the work very well.
I would definitely recommend Chris and use the company again when needed! They were professional, honest, on time, returned phone calls and worked with us to meet our needs.

I had an excellent experience with my fuurnace technician Chris.He showed up on time, was very professional and it took time to explain everything in a way that I understood it. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure the furnace was running safely and smoothly, before he left. I really appreciate his honesty, and attention to detail. Great service all around- highly recommended!

Prompt, professional, and honest service for a very reasonable price. Jim got back to me within ten minutes of my service request online, and Chris came out to my house for repairs an hour ahead of schedule (after letting me know, of course) the same day. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he also walked me through exactly what was going on with my AC and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. Their membership program is a great deal, especially if your heating and cooling systems are older and require more maintenance. These guys go above and beyond, and their ratings speak for themselves. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Chris arrived promptly the day we called and immediately identified we needed a new furnace motor. Witjin a few hours, he was able to go get the motor part at an offsite store and come back and install it and have everything up and running. He was extremely courteous and professional, and everything was as promised. Will not hesitate to use them again.

23JUL2025, 6am, house temp is at 76 and rising when the set temp is supposed to be 72. Two kids (ages 4 and 1.5) and a pregnant wife in the house. As one can imagine, anxiety starts to ramp up. Luckily Pure climate opens at 7am! Jim quickly responded to my voicemail and address the issues with our Condensing Unit. Chris (technician) showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, gave expert recommendations, and resolved our issues in 1hr. Pure climates rapid response, time, expertise, and customer service are top tier. I can’t recommend this company enough for HVAC concerns. If you’re in the Downers Grove area definitely give Pure Climate a call.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Pure Climate Heating & Air Service.I called them for an urgent issue, and to my surprise, they were able to come out the same day! The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. The next day, they returned to replace a piece of the motor that needed attention.

Excellent, prompt service at a reasonable price. They were able to come out to my house to fix a very old (30+ year old) unit on a very short turnaround. Gave me an honest assessment of the issues and solutions; did not pressure us into purchasing a new unit. We’ll be turning to Pure Climate when it’s time to get quotes on a new unit.

Our ac went out during the hot spell. Called Pure Climate Heating and Cooling in the evening and they had Chris out first thing the next morning. He resolved the issue and got us up and running in no time. Chris was very professional and thorough. He went over several options with us since our heating and cooling system is very old. We are looking forward to receiving a quote for replacing our current system, but in the meantime, we are very happy that he was able to get our very dated system up and running to keep us cool. We highly recommend Pure Climate Heating and Cooling.

My AC got faulty in the midst of June heatwave. Called Pure Climate and while I had to wait an extra day due to their busy schedule, they got Chris out earlier than expected the next morning. He was courteous, sharp and managed to diagnose the problem fast. He got it fixed right away and my AC up and running in less than an hour! Always shared advice on possible future upgrades with fair pricing compared to other places. More than recommended for excellent service!

We found Pure Climate on Yelp and there were so many good reviews. So we called Jim yesterday because our central air went out, he made our appointment and today Chris came and fixed our problem. He gave us some options, a fair price, a did a great job. Thanks for getting us much needed relief from the horrible heat. We will definitely keep him in mind when we’re ready to put in a new unit.

Wow! Jim called me back in very quick fashion early in the morning, and Chris was at the house only a few hours later. He quickly identified the issue for repair and had the AC back running after only being here for all of 30-45 minutes total. Highly recommend!

Our air quality was poor. Came out and checked our 2 furnaces, no problems. Correctly diagnosed issue, needed replacement filters for our humidifiers. Now air is clean.

On a 95-degree day with an extreme heat warning, Pure Climate Heating and Cooling came through in a big way. I had never worked with them before, but Jim was incredibly responsive and got us a same-day appointment in the early afternoon. Chris, the service manager, even arrived earlier than expected, quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up a major part, and had everything repaired the same day. He was honest, practical, and very efficient. I was so impressed I signed up for their membership plan to stay ahead of any future issues. Pure is a locally owned small business, and I’ll absolutely be recommending them to my neighbors.
