Jay's Plumbing & Sewer

We are a long time repeat customer of Jay's. Keith and Dan and Taylor others have consistently done such a great job with all our plumbing work. Recently we a leak on the hot water heater and they came out quickly. After talking things over, I was concerned about the age of the water heater, we decided to install a new one. They got the installation done with a much better unit than we had before the next day. We also got our sump pump replaced at the same time since it had stopped working awhile back--better unit and site updated. They explain everything and super clean the area when finished. Additionally, if something is ok they let you know and don't try to push for extra work and if you need something done before something bad happens they also tell you what needs to be done and when. They answer every question and explain everything very well. If there is a way to save money, they will tell you. They will handle everything if you need to order parts or fixtures. Whatever work they have done for us has lasted without any problems. This is so important with plumbing because leaks and wrong installations can cause a lot of damage/expense. I still never have to worry about that now that we have had Jay's as our plumbing company. Such a relief for us personally to know that this important work done in our older home is done right the first time every time. Their prices are more than fair for the high level of service and quality they consistently provide on every call. They have earned our trust after giving us years of excellent service and installations. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Jay's!! Professional, courteous and conscientious. Jay's was quick to respond to our needs, patiently explained the options we had to fix a water problem and then delivered the work promptly. They cleaned up our mess and did a great job. My wife and I recommend Jay's Plumbing.
