Yes, they are cheapest you will find but a 2 months construction ended up with 7 months to finish, that was last may 2025, until now, they haven't finished everything. Still waiting for them to fix the electricity problem.

The biggest problem is her sub contractor put a lien on my house even though i paid her full, because "the subcontractor she hired, hired another subcontractor that the original subcontractor did not pay them". As a business owner, she should take responsibility and pay the sub sub contractor and deal with it on her own but instead she let them put a lien on my house and it's been 7 months and she refused to pay them and will not contact me. Now, lawyers are involved.

Do not work with these people. It's not worth it.

Simply put, INCOMPETENT!!! HOT/COLD lines backward on 3 comp sink, mopsink,& produce sink! Cut 15' unnecessary cement for drains, showed up 2 hrs every few days then left to bar in mall or as Pablo would say in his vehicle in parking lot) im studying for a union job & "i dont care" they come back & say need material" flip flopped equipment 3 spots different from prints, finally I fired them & courtesy plumbing worked 3 days until 10pm to get my final inspection to open my business. Took pvc pipes out of wall for produce sink after underground approval & Francisco & Pablo are on my ring camera laughing about it. They will drag you through the mud & the kicker was Pablo had to read directions to install an ice machine, that's when I said.... YOUR FIRED!

I’ve got an out of state property in Illinois and they were amazing to work with! Communication was the best! With juan doing remodeling and Pablo doing the plumbing I am very happy. Highly recommend.

No one wants to have a clogged sewer line at their home. We called 2 Sisters Plumbing and in 1 visit, the sewer line was rodded, cleared, and tested. Our home is 60 years old, I was thinking we’d be digging up the front lawn but all that was avoided! Thanks, 2 Sisters!!

There was work that I needed have done. I called Tuesday and the Company had an opening for the next day which is when I was available. The technician came out and looked at the plumbing jobs (toilet & outside spigot). We went over the cost, he got my approval and started the work. He was updating me as the work was being completed and did a great job at answering my questions that came up. When I need work done in future, I will definitely reach out again.

I am a disabled Deputy Sheriff injured in the line of duty and in a wheelchair. I called and requested help with a minor leak in my kitchen sink. I have a "caregiver" who prepares my meals. However, with my sink in this condition my caregiver could not prepare my meals.
I was told someone would be dispatched to my home between 2:30 & 3:00 pm. I was told that I would receive a call back when the technician was on the way.
I received no call and no technician showed up. I still have my plumbing problem and my caregiver could not prepare my meals.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced, and I had no idea what was involved in getting it done. The technicians Francisco and Jo that came out were friendly and explained everything to me. They showed me the different options available, and they helped me choose the right one for my needs. I decided to go with the 1/2 horsepower continuous feed garbage disposal. The installation took about an hour, and the technicians cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Do not this company. They sent me an estimate. I approved it. Then angel their office guy on two separate occasions blew off the scheduled appointment then emailed 2 hrs after the appointment saying they needed 2x the amount quoted for a shower mixer replacement and shower. When I was supplying the materials. $4k and two days work for labor only on a shower base install and mixer valve replacement. Demo was already done

Thanks to Vanessa for sending someone out same day my water heater was damaged! 2 Sisters has the best water heater prices in the suburbs they are fast reliable and friendly. Your tech Jerry was very helpful I will be calling you guys from now on!
