We paid him to fix our shower and he took our 300$ and never fixed it.. we still have a leaking shower - he won’t refund us our money back. He wants more money to “fix it”. I told him what a different co said needed to be done but he said he could fix it a different way!.. would not recommend him because he does not stand by his word. We have new faucets that he said are non refundable and will never get to use them

I have had to use other plumbers at our lake house because of timing and urgent need. But when we had a large expansion project done and a friend saw the work that was being done, he encouraged my husband to send pictures to Jordan. I got an immediate call from him with the advice to have them stop immediately. They came the next week, ripped out all the improperly done work and re-plumbed the entire master bath. They truly were life savers. The attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship is worth far more than what they charge. I will not use anyone else.
