Reviews of local pros in East Dundee, Illinois

Shine Brite is excellent!! I’ve had my windows cleaned by other companies , but Shine Brite by far is the best ! Zero streaks and my home looks so big and bright ! Thank you for amazing service 💛-Meghan Cox St.Charles

The crew works efficiently and carefully with no disruption in my home. I appreciate the fact that they work quietly—no loud talking or loud music. Everyone is courteous and respectful of me, my home, and the neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable considering screens are removed and windows are clean and spotless inside and outside.

Spectacular service. Every window cleaned perfectly, and the team was in and out of our two story home in less than 1 1/2 hours.
The people who work at this company are very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic, they were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. My son was getting married and I wanted the house to look great. They called ahead and were early to the appointment and the windows and screens were spotless. Highly recommend them and have already.

What a beautiful job Shine Brite did on our windows! They were professional, respectful, quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. An excellent company and will always use them!

We've been using Shine-Brite for many years now with extremely professional results. It's reassuring to see the same crew members at our home every six months. They know our cats, our preferences and get the job done!

We have been using Shine-Brite for many years to clean the windows on our new construction homes. They are always on time, fast, and easy to work with. Good pricing too.

My neighbor who has used Shine-Brite Window Cleaning for years recommended them to me when I asked who she used. I was thrilled with the professionalism of the lead man along with all the rest of the crew that came. Who knew how dirty my windows were till they were cleaned. The whole house sparkles. Of course I will be using them again and will pass on their name to others who ask for a recommendation.

Very professional and they do an excellent job! All our windows included garage and basement!! We recommend to all our family and friends!! Thanks Terry- we’ve been using you for years and are never disappointed!! Great crew!!!

I had Shine Brite window cleaning service recently. They did a fabulous job! When I first called I thought their 'minimum' seemed high. Then I checked my file from my last window cleaners, who charged extra for cleaning screens, extra for frames & extra for tracks. Shine Brite did it all for a flat rate and even included our coach lights. Team of 4 showed up, even took off shoes when inside. They were very professional and polite. My windows & glass doors are sparkling now inside and out! Highly recommend.

Had our windows cleaned by ShineBrite. Used them before and will contine to use them. The windows look great. We have a LOT of windows and they have a wonderful crew with each one knowing exactly his job. Windows in, windows out, screens, ladders for high windows. No mess in the house or out. They take their shoes off. We just had house painted right before the windows and they took the extra time to scrape windows where needed. They are extremely professional and efficient. A great company to work with.

Shine Brite window cleaning service was lovely! Arrived right on time and our windows look amazing!!! Will definitely have them again.

June 23, 2025. I wrote a review on Yelp about my experience with Mike or Miguel at a strip mall in Duarte, Ca. Please read it.
I do not recommend him as a person because of his disrespect by yelling and insulting me.
Beware. You have been warned.

The owner of this company , Terry is one of the most professional gentlemen I've had the pleasure to meet. We all know that doesn't mean squat if the service techs aren't able to deliver quality service , right? Terry has been doing my windows for at least 10 years , and consistently the techs are polite , eager to please , and above all thorough!! This company is excellent , they give you great service EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Shine-Brite does an excellent job. I have used them several times over the past decade. Wouldn't use any other company. They are always timely, professional, and thorough. When they complete the job, my windows truly shine!

Terry and the crew at Shine Brite are the only window washers I would consider using. They are professional, kind, very neat and do a fantastic job. The windows are perfect, the sills are clean, the screens are immaculate and it is a pleasure to come home and see my beautiful windows. They are worth every penny.

I have been using Shine-Brite for years for a reason. They are always professional and arrive on time, not only that they do a great job and work swiftly. I have them clean my windows inside and out along with a chandelier and a huge mirror. I am picky and I highly recommend Shine-Brite!

Shine-Brite has cleaned our windows for years!. Very good service!
They are on time and do the job with very little disruption. Windows and sills look great. They ask what to do with the screens (remove them or keep them up).
I look forward to their call to schedule the cleaning in Spring and Fall.
A very affordable and reasonable price.
I couldn't and wouldn't do as good a job as Shine-Brite does.

Absolutely a top-notch professional group! We've been using Shine-Brite for over 15 years. They are in and out and the windows are impeccably clean when they leave! We give Terry and his crew the highest rating possible!

We have used Shine-Brite for years, always impressed by their expertise, professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

I wish all the service people we deal with were as all-around excellent as Shine-Brite. Pleasure to do business with.

Our house is ten times brighter after they came to clean our windows! They were professional, on time, thorough, and careful. They were super accommodating as they do not come out to our area as much anymore, and they fit us in with a few other households in the area! We were super pleased with the work! Definitely will call them again!
