Constraction reviews in Elburn, Illinois

I've had the pleasure to work Alfonso's team twice now and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Repainting an entire house is now small feat and his team makes it look easy. The guys know their job, they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, take care of the smallest details without having to ask them. The price is more than fair, and the final product is far better than you would expect. I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues for any of their painting projects.

Excellent service and professional work! This was my first time reaching out to Metanoia and they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. When getting an estimate their specialist, Serafin, was patient and walked me through the different options and services they could offer and provided different estimates to better fit my budget. I hired them to paint my trims and doors.

The work was finished within the timeline they provided. Crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up when the job was done without any damages to the interior. Definitely will reach out to Metanoia for future projects!

Working with Metanoia Construction was one of the best decisions! From start to finish, I really enjoyed their friendly customer service, especially speaking with Sara who was so kind & professional. She walked me through the process and helped answer ALL my questions. The labor workers also went above & beyond! I only needed help filling holes and painting one wall within a small space, but I’m glad I decided to do painting within the whole room. The quality of care and detailed work they did was so much more than I could ask for! I’d highly recommend Metanoia, and look forward to hiring them again in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a 2'x2' drywall repair in my kitchen. I also had some other water stains and blemishes on my ceiling. The crew repaired everything and repainted the ceiling with 2 coats Sherwin ?Williams paint. They covered everything with plastic before painting. Metanoia did an excellent job. I would strongly recommend them.

Great experience. Had a bathroom painted and a deck stained, both crews were friendly, professional, and great to work with. Serafin was very professional and his approach is what sold the job over other companies. I plan to use Metanoia for future painting projects.

Many thanks to the entire Metanoia team. We have used them for many years and every time the work is fantastic, employees are always gracious and incredibly hard working.

This company has a great team! When you work with them you can expect workmanship that is beyond compare along with strong support from the office to make communication easy. highly recommend.

Fantastic job from Metanoia on our 80s stucco exterior. They did patchwork around the entire home, sealed off my soffits and painted everything - including the gutters! It looks like a new home after they finished. Tight lines, love the contrast, very well executed. And they set very realistic expectations on the finished product along the way. Could have been more communicative during the process but the result was worth it.

I don't think I can praise Metenoia enough. This is the 2nd time we have used Metanoia to paint and add home designs to our houses we have purchased before moving in. We were on a specific timeline so we had to have the work completed on time. Both times they worked very hard to ensure they were done in the time promised. They are very dependable.

They worked with us to review all our specifications and provided a detailed estimate. What I love about this company is the pride in workmanship. They ensured what they did was high quality even if it meant doing additional coats. The painting, installation of shiplap, installation of premium vinyl plank, painted cabinets, and installation of a backsplash was perfect. Everyone one of their workers were professional and personable. The arrived ontime and worked with us to get certain areas done sooner so we could move some stuff in. They made sure our stuff was not affected by their work. The people who run the company are honest and dependable.

Very poor response time. Needed to call three times to send us the quote. Quote came but only included half of the work we wanted done. New design of kitchen was promised but we never received it. Sorry. We were hoping to use them. Moved on to someone else.

I couldn't be happier from start to finish! The price was fair, the crew was organized and worked very clean. Drop clothes, floor protection everywhere, plastic covering all belongings. Angel and his crew really did an amazing job. The transformation is incredible and I can't thank you guys enough.

Great experience with this construction company. Serafín was very professional, easy to communicate with, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was completed on schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

Metonia Construction repaired a hole in our siding near the roof, and we couldn’t be more pleased. They replaced several areas of rotting wood that resulted in a hole and if left unchecked would result in increased damage. Their team was professional, meticulous, and clearly took pride in their work. The repair looks fantastic, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Seriously overfilled with Joy with the transformation of our home. Thanks to Metanoia, we now love pulling into our driveway everyday after a long day. They did a phenomenal job. Their team showed up on time, they were super kind and respectful of our property, and most importantly they didn’t ruin my garden, didn’t even touch it :) The owner came to our home to check in and made sure everything was going smooth. This company really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The communication was top notch making us feel super comfortable along the way with the extreme changes we were making. Their team was very helpful in picking out colors and working with us to find the right materials that were in our price point. I was honestly over impressed at how quickly they got the work done. We will be using them for all of our future remodels and happy to recommend them to anyone else looking to get work done on their home or business. Thanks again Metanoia!!

Serafin and crew did an amazing job replacing a difficult drop ceiling for us! They were clean, professional and finished early! I highly recommend using Metanoia for your next project!

Robert and his team are next level. We spent months going back and forth with countess contractors with nothing but disappointment in cost and follow through. Within hours of posting, Robert reached out and was able to get started within days, not only did the project take less time than expected, but the quality of the work was top tier. We were so pleased with Robert and his team we have commissioned him on multiple other projects. Wish I could leave 10 stars but 5/5 will have to do.

Great people!

Excellent Company , great people !!

I had a fire loss and you talking about using sub par materials and hiring bad plumbing g jobs! Boy have I been screwed!!!!

I appreciate the driver of the Silver Silverado who had to drive past the end of the merge southbouth 59 this afternoon. My 7 year old son and I appreciate you trying to kill someone in order to get to the red light 3 seconds ahead of us.

One of your trucks traveling southbound on route 47 in Pingree Grove cut several cars off as it blasted in front of them so that your driver could get to the red light 3 seconds faster. Since the truck was going 20+ over the limit at the merge, your driver almost collided with the vehicle in front of it and proceeded to drive <2" from that vehicle until it passed them aggressively on the right.

Hold your employees accountable; this behavior on the road is intolerable and makes people steer clear of your business.
