Home Services reviews in Elburn, Illinois

Brian did a great job personally cleaning a 10+ year old carpet + air ducts of our new home - he knew how particular we were since we are expecting a baby and took his time making sure the job was done right. Would highly recommend.

After asking around, I had several recommendations for Fiberking to clean our Oriental rugs. I called and spoke to Brian, the owner. He seemed very knowledgable and understood my concerns with the rugs. Our rugs came back so beautiful, fresh and clean that even my husband noticed. I am very pleased with Fiberking and will only have them clean our rugs. I absolutely recommend Brain and Fiberking.

Fiberking father & son have cleaned our carpets several times. We highly recommend them. They are personable and professional and work quickly.

Since moving to St. Charles in 2000, I have used 3-4 different carpet cleaners over the years. Fiberking is by the far the best, most efficient carpet cleaners I have ever used. I had purchased Karastan Smartstrand (eco-friendly) carpet through Roger's Flooring and they are the Company who recommended them to me. They showed up on time, they were able to remove all my stains, they got the job done promptly and they were extremely polite. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again next year.

Brian did a great job cleaning our carpet, cleanest carpet cleaning we've had done!! They were also prompt and professional! We will definitely schedule our next cleaning with Fiberking!!

I had just about given up on my off-white carpeting the previous owner of my home had installed in my living room and what is now the kid's play room. The dirty footprints, crayon and marker stains made me sick every time I came into the room.

Instead of paying thousands of dollars for hardwood flooring, I figured I would give a professional deep cleaning a try - and I'm glad I did! The carpets look amazing, the house smells better, and I saved a ton of money! I even had them clean a microfiber sectional while they were here - and the whole house took them less than a couple hours to finish.

Thank you, Fiberking!

Both myself and mom have used Fiberking to clean our carpets. They are extremely professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. My mom was closing on a house and found the carpets were filthy once the sellers left. She needed the carpets cleaned ASAP since her movers were on their way to the house. Fiberking came immediately and even came back a 2nd time free of charge to help her with some stains that were particularly difficult. I would recommend this company to anyone locally looking for a reputable carpet cleaning company that stands by their work.

Brian did an Amazing Job for me cleaning multiple levels and rooms at my house. Fair prices and excellent service. He really knows what he is doing! I will use them again for Carpet and use them for Air Duct cleaning next time!

The gentlemen from Fiberking were wonderful! They were running early and called to make sure that it was ok to begin 30 minutes earlier that their schedule time. They were courteous and very knowledgeable and the best part is the carpets looked great after they finished. I would definitely recommend their services!

Brian and the Fiberking team are great! They are professional and did an excellent job on my carpets! I will definitely have them back again and certainly recommend their service!

Professional and friendly, Competitively priced, on-time and courteous!! Brian at Fiberking has been servicing our home for 5 years now and will continue to do so... They are super clean and have modern, new equipment. Brian always gives me great information and answers all my questions. I will continue to use their services and recommend to anyone interested!

I have tried three other cleaning services and only Fiber King does a consistently good job of cleaning and drying our carpets. Cheaper services have done a much poorer job, leaving stains and residue on the woodwork. Fiber King is professional and reliable and the carpets always look great when they are finished. Highly recommended.

Fiberking did a fantastic job on all the carpets in our house. Our carpeting is older and it looked great after they were done. Fiberking was even able to get some stains out that other companies have not been able to get clean.

Brian and John are great to work with, they are professional and they do an excellent job. They were able to get stains out of our carpets to make them look good as new! Well worth it! Look forward to working with them again in the future!

I recently had Fiberking out to clean my carpets and my air ducts. This was the first time we had them out but the second time we had the carpets cleaned in the last 6 months. What a difference it makes to have a professional company with professional equipment do the job. The carpets look beautiful and they were able to get out some spots that a previous company couldn’t. When they left the carpets were a little damp but not wet. The air duct cleaning made a huge difference! A few days after Fiberking was done we replaced the air filters, which we do every 60 days and they are always completely filled with dust, but 30 days after Fiberking finished cleaning the air ducts I checked the filters and they are noticeably less dirty. We also dust the home less frequently because there is not as much dust building up.

When we first purchased our home we did some major remodeling before we actually moved in. We had Service Master come out to clean the house and carpets. When they left the carpet was completely soaked and it took over two days to dry. They cleaned the carpets with a device that looked like a Rug Doctor that you could rent from Home Depot. We were VERY disappointed with the result especially for what it cost us to have the work done.

The crew from Fiberking that came out was prompt, quick, and polite. Brian, the owner of Fiberking was very accommodating of our busy schedules. He came out the day of service and explained in detail about their process and what they were doing. He even showed me a section of the carpet that was being cleaned so that I could see the before and after. I would highly recommend Fiberking to anyone who is looking to have their carpets or air ducts cleaned.

First time using FiberKing upholstery and carpet cleaning services and we are very happy with the results! We had work done in our home and after all the foot traffic, debris and dust, our cream colored carpets needed help. We also had a sofa cleaned. Everything came out beautiful! Brian at FiberKing was a pleasure to work with, and accommodated my schedule request on short notice. I would definitely recommend FiberKing and will use them again in the future! I appreciated their professionalism and quality work, and care of my home.

Brian and the Fiberking team are great. They are very professional and are good at what they do. They have been to our house 3 times and have cleaned up the stains left by our dog. We are definitely going to be a lifetime customer. Thanks Fiberking!

Brian and Dillon were on time... very professional and local.
Some before and after shots.

WOW! My carpets look new again. Brian and John did an awesome job getting dirt and pet stains out of the carpeting. They exceeded my expectations. They also took with them an oriental area rug for cleaning to their shop. After seeing how wonderful my carpeting looks, I know that my rug will come back beautifully cleaned. I would highly recommend them.

We have been customers for as long as we can remember. Brian is very quick on returning phone calls and getting us scheduled as quickly as possible. They have saved our beautiful oriental rugs that were soiled by sick dogs and always restore our carpeting. We are thrilled with the quality of Fiberking!

If you want your carpet cleaned professionally and done right, this is the company for you. We have used Fiberking for several years and are always pleased with the excellent cleaning performed and their professionalism. There are other companies to choose from. We decided we weren't going to waste our hard earned dollars on them. Fiberking is worth your hard earned dollars. Call Brian. He's the owner. He'll do a great job for you!
