Steve spent 30-45 mins with me on the phone this morning on a Sunday troubleshooting issues with our hot water heater and got it working again. He did this at no cost and I was a new customer too. That is what I call great service!

After purchasing a home in December of 2017, I was a victim of melting snow, rain and unseasonably warm temperatures in February of 2018. Needless to say, my basement took on water- total loss. Brett, from Good Call, not only recommended a company to remediate the water and potential mold, but was there that morning to assess the situation and provide a temporary fix while I figured out my plan.

Over the next few days, the owner, Steve, came out to give me an estimate, assess the damage and issue, and schedule the job. Brett and Dan came out to complete it a few weeks later. They finished in less time than planned, left everything completely clean and neat, were personable and friendly- in my opinion, went above and beyond. Request these two gentlemen next time you need plumbing work. They have a combined 30+ yrs experience and it shows.

Excellent service from the initial phone call, to the install to the follow up "how are things working" call. Brett did a great job with the install. Excellent work. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Remodeled the master bathroom with a fairly complex (to me) re- configuring of the plumbing. They quoted a fair price and gave good advice about the right type of fixtures and project planning. The guys that showed up to do the work were skilled and professional. Very pleased.

I highly recommend this company. I have worked with them on a pair of jobs for my home (spigots & laundry remodel) and they did a huge bathroom remodel job for my parents. The workmanship and everyone's general attitude is great. I have left their plumbers at my home unattended and don't worry. I feel very comfortable using Good Call for everything plumbing-related.

Every time I've needed a service call, the technicians have been friendly, on-time, and their prices are by far the best I've come across. I've referred everyone in my family who lives locally, and they all agree. I just hope that my effusive praise does not get them booked up too solidly, because I want to continue to use them as our exclusive plumbing services provider.

Talked to 4 other plumbers regarding installation of our free standing bath tub. One didn't do tubs, "I hadn't before and wasn't sure," and 2 never called back.
Good Call not only knows and does these tubs, but they were quick, efficient and punctual. They left the work area as clean as they found it and were polite as well.

We cannot express our gratitude enough to Steve for all the work he did for us. Saved us $$$$ with a $200 fix. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, true professionals. If we ever have a need, they will be our first call. Tip: before you start a DIY job, call Good Call and have them check it out. They saved me this time. Next time I would just have them do the work.
