Nobody wants to call the plumber! A simple sewer clean-out turned into a major repair including replacing old corroded cast iron pipes and re-routing other plumbing for simple flow and connection to the main line. Good Call got us on the schedule ASAP. The plumbers are smart polite friendly and took the time to explain everything. They cleaned everything up and we are completely happy with their high standard of work.If you need a plumber, call GOOD CALL, they rock!

Work was fine. Prices are high IMO. Company was recommended to me and a did not realize they were from Elburn (shame on me for not asking) and had to pay quite a bit for travel. But the office also didn’t state how much travel time I would be charged for when I made the appointment (shame on them). Won’t use again because they are just too far and at $180/ht I’m not paying someone to drive again

Great reviews on this place. Makes me wonder who is writing them. If you want a plumber that can't fix anything difficult and who says they will get back to you about fixing them and then does not get back this is the place. Also, when they are done they give you a price. I asked the young fella to itemize the random number they came up with and got attitude and huffing about it. Sorry to be such a nuisance youngster! Of course they added 30 minutes to the time. Maybe they count the drive up. Who knows. I give 1 extra star to the lady who answers the phone, polite and professional.

This company made us wait over 2 weeks to come look at a leak we had in our shower that coming through the ceiling.

Guys came out and only looked at the issue for about 10 minutes, charged us $180 for the service call, and said they would send over a quote.

5 days later and still no quote.

Called to follow up and they don’t have a quote in their system.

Do not trust this company.
