Once again, Alexander's Plumbing did a great job for us. They were tasked with replacing old (and I mean old) plumbing fixtures in the shower in our church owned home. We've used the company for years and have not been disappointed.

I called "Alexander Plumbing" for a water heater repair to replace the burner assembly. I explained the issue to them, and Neil was great to work with! He arrived on time, replaced the part, and fixed the problem efficiently. I highly recommend their services!

Adam did a phenomenal job repairing a spigot that was leaking. He explained what most likely happened to cause the leak, and installed new equipment that will prevent this problem from happening in the future. Will use Alexander Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

My water heater all of a sudden broke and started flooding the basement, found all this out at around 230pm. I called several plumbing services but no one could come the same day. I called Alexander Plumbing and Neil picked up and came out that afternoon to remedy the problem and got the best quote on a new water heater that was installed right away the next day in the morning (they even came earlier than scheduled). They were professional, courteous, high quality work, very happy with my experience, highly recommended thank you Neil!

Paul replaced our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, he did a great job and cleaned up beautifully! The price was fair and we will definitely call Alexander Plumbing for any additional plumbing jobs!

I needed an emergency faucet repair in my laundry room as a new washer was being delivered and installed within a “4hour” window.
I immediately called my go to plumber and explained my situation.
This was on a Monday. I was told that the soonest someone could come out was on Thursday. Giving credit to my old plumber, they referred me to Alexander Plumbing. I called immediately and had a service associate at my door in about an hour. The faucets were replaced in time for the new appliances. I am so appreciative of the quick response and professionalism of the Alexander representatives for their service. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Alexander Plumbing responded quickly when we discovered no hot water heater. They were able to resolve with replacement the same day. They were great about protecting the area and cleaning up after done.

For quite a few years now I have had Alexander Plumbing rod out tree roots as a yearly maintenance call. While it's a pricey procedure, it would be much more expensive to cut down my beloved maple tree! As usual Paul & Cole did a great job this year.

We've been having issues with our laundry/kitchen drain for a few years now, constantly having to have a plumber out to do a quick rodding. Our drain clogged up again, so I made an appointment with another company that was advertising a cheap $89.99 drain cleaning special. While I was waiting for the plumber to arrive, I came across Alexander Plumbing online and gave them a call. From the moment the phone was answered the owner was very kind, extremely knowledgeable of my plumbing layout and discussed what came with Alexander Plumbings cleaning service. I discussed their price with my wife who unfortunately opted to go with the first cheap company. Alexander Plumbing understood and offered for me to contact them if something changed.

The first company came out and long story short not only did a bare minimum job but also made the issue worse where at first the drain was draining slowly and afterwards it would back up within seconds. They told me I had the option to pay $850 to have a hydro jetting service done to further clear the line, which i could not afford. They told me to just run hot water and it would help clear the line. When I called to have the plumber come back, the owner of that first company who was the plumber's Dad called me and got defensive saying I was given options and I chose not to pay for them. He said that the service only opens up the clog and gets water flowing which did not happen. I was out $100 with a backed up drain that was now worse.

I called Alexander Plumbing and told them what happened. They were very compassionate and explained how companies like that make their money on "foot in door" service. They reassured me they could help and do the job the right way with no fancy hydrojetting. I hired Alexander Plumbing and put my hope and faith in them.

Paul came out the next morning and not only went above and beyond rodding and cleaning the ENTIRE line to the sewer but also flushed an excellent grease destroying cleaner throughout the system. Paul said he ran into a tight area the he couldn't get around so he went out to the street and accessed the other section of the line and cleared the blockage. They dumped a ton of water through the drain and no water came back up. I am beyond impressed on the service, the non judgmental compassion and understanding that was provided, as well as the knowledge and information provided to my wife and I on how to avoid this happening again. Most businesses want this to happen again so they can come back out for more money. We've unfortunately learned the hard way with cheap shady companies. Alexander Plumbing has shown us that if you treat people like they were your own family, and fix the problem right the first time, the ongoing and long-term business and trust will always be there. We've found our new Plumbing company and will spread the word to all.our family and friends. Thank you and God Bless you guys.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Alexander Plumbing! I've worked with Pat multiple times who provides excellent communication, care/concern, and quick follow up. Paul most recently replaced our sump pump after we had quite a bit of water in the basement. He was professional and completed the job quickly.

I had a sink that was clogged and I couldn't get it open myself so I thought I'd give Alexander's Plumbing a try. I never used them before. The man I spoke with on the phone was extremely polite and knowledgable and I think he was the owner. He was able to send some workers out within a few hours. They were friendly, polite, clean and professional. It was a fair price for great work. I'd recommend them anytime.

Thank you Alexander Plumbing! I discovered my water heater was leaking at 9:30 pm. At 7:00 am I called Alexander Plumbing and spoke with Pat who arranged everything. Alex and Adam were here by 9:30 installing my new water heater. By noon I was speaking with Hasi to complete my payment. This local mom and pop business is exceptional and their employees work ethic is superb. I will be recommending Alexander Plumbing to my family, friends and neighbors.

Alexander plumbing is an excellent service For repairs or installations. My clothes washer broke and I ordered a new one from Lowe’s, but they couldn’t install it because the house pipes needed repair. The repair took maybe 40 minutes. I’ve called them in the past for many issues sump pumps, water heaters, clogs even outside faucets. I highly recommend them!

Alexander Plumbing recently replaced a laundry washtub and replaced aged piping and several faulty valves. Pat evaluated the project and Adam completed the work in half a day. Their work really improved my laundry room.
