I called this company after finding them on the internet because our house had a horrible mildew odor that stuck to my clothes and even food. I didn’t know what else what to do or where to go because it was so awful. The owner came out for a free inspection and did such a thorough job looking in every room for mold and even trying to find the source by looking at the foundation and finding cracks. He was so honest and extremely helpful with all of our renovation questions. They always were honest about prices and I felt like they truly wanted to help new homeowners. The treatment that we did got rid of every smell!! I am SO pleased. 3 months later and our whole house is almost done with its renovation. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and the treatment we did for the mold.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services I needed for my rental unit. He was available to come in right away and remove the very penetrated cigarette smoke in my rental unit from my previous tenants. He worked with me to make sure my property was back to smelling fresh.

Scott was extremely thorough and helpful when it came to figuring out the source of the mold smell in my basement. He explained all options, never tired of answering questions, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't truly need. He is very honest and trustworthy and you get the sense that he truly cares, which is rare to find these days. Prices were reasonable. I will be using Medallion for any future mold remediation needs.

the breakroom floors are what got me. like we had this film buildup near the sink that nobody could get rid of no matter what product we tried. A+ has been coming twice a week now for maybe four months and that floor looks brand new every morning. they also keep up with the lobby glass which is nice because our Elk Grove Village office gets a lot of foot traffic. the trash situation alone used to be embarassing before they took over. solid crew, they just get it done and leave

The carpet maintenance alone has been worth it. Our office carpets used to look matted down and grey, especially in the hallways. They vacuum on a schedule and do periodic deep extraction too. Three months in, and a vendor actually asked if we got new flooring installed lol. The color came back in a way I didn’t think was possible anymore.
