Hello, I am a resident at Willow Creek Condominiums in Palatine, IL. I am writing to you to complain from Service Building Maintenance Inc. - the company who cleans the outside windows of our building.
I was home when I saw one of the employees completely destroying the beautiful hydrangea bush planted infront of my patio. The employee did it out of anger because the bush made it difficult for him to place his ladder. After he got done stumping the hydrangea and flattening it to the ground he continued his vandalism by wrecking one of my flower pot steaks and the lights attached to it. I asked him why did he destroy the property when he had other options. I explained to him that all he had to do is place his ladder to the left or to the right of the bush and he didn't have to bend my flower pot fixture and my plants as they were not even on his way. He responded by saying that he has to do what he has to do and I shouldn't be questioning his actions. I further explained to him that destroying private and public property is a crime and I let him know that I will call his company.
I am very displeased with this act of pure vandalism and the unapologetic self righteous employee. This is a company that is being compensated with my and all residents money to keep up with the property and not to vandalize it. I hope this will be handled immediately to prevent further unnecessary complications of this matter.
Thank you in advance.
