First he wants to rip me off by asking for money for product that he never installed. And now that I paid him full he refuses to come fix issues that arrise week later after his poor job. He supposed to seal my driveway as part of a deal, now it has been 3 weeks and I have to call him second time to remind him he didn't finish his job. Stay away from this business. Roberto is the worst and rudest landscaper I ever dealt with.

Great, professional, insured, and unbeatable PRICE!!!!!!! Beat competition by thousands of $$$$$. We hired them and would recommend for any and all your tree removal and landscaping needs!!

I actually delivered concrete to them(Elmhurst Chicago Stone Co.) and from an insider’s POV, they were as professional as you can be. Fast, efficient, and clean. Very professional work AND on a busy street. 2 jobs going on within 200ft of each other. That is NOT easy. Trust me! I’ve poured for dozens, if not hundreds of contractors for all sorts of work. I have used Premier at my business, and my residence for the past 4 years. I am satisfied every time with the quality of work and attention to detail that they provide. Matt is very easy to work with and gets everything done right the first time.

The service we have received from your company has been wonderful. If any delays in our scheduled day for cutting our grass we are always informed. If I have extra things I need to get done around the yard they are always taken care of. We had our front yard completely redone with new bushes & plants all our neighbors have given us compliments on the great job you had done.

First, I will say that this team does do quality work. My patio and driveway were completed by this company with the prior owners of my home.

However, I've been disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from this company. Nathan was out last year to bid on a expanding the hardscape for my front patio but I never heard back from him. I emailed him twice to follow up. Once on 10/01/2021 and a 2nd time 4/17/2022. I understand that contractors have been overwhelmed these past couple of years, but the lack of follow up is quite frustrating.

POE has been the snow removal team for our school for the past few years, and we are beyond satisfied. They are always timely, neat, professional...and they are committed to safety -- which is incredibly important in a school setting. I highly recommend POE for your snow removal needs. Premier Outdoor Environments (POE) not only offers excellent landscaping services, the also provide exceptional snow removal and ice management services. Our HOA has used them for years and couldn’t be happier. When there is a snow or ice event, they are ready and waiting. They combine plowing with hand shoveling to ensure our driveways, walkways and other crucial areas are promptly cleared with precision and care. When it comes to ice management, their attention to safety is evident. They take extra care to treat icy patches, preventing any potential accidents. I highly recommend them and will undoubtedly be utilizing their services again in the future.

We used Premier Outdoor Environments Inc. to do landscaping in our front yard. We found them affordable, professional, extremely competent and would recommend them without hesitation. Our front yard was definitely the black sheep of our property for several years but now it's something that we truly enjoy coming home to. The crew's hard work and helpful design suggestions drastically improved our home's curb appeal and we could not be more pleased with the end result.

From our first meeting with our designer, Kevin, all the way to our final plant and water care walkthrough at the end, we were treated with incredible kindness and professionalism. The design was incredible, the install team worked tirelessly through all kinds of weather with smiles and lots of sweat and cleaned up our yard impeccably at the end of every day! Our project manager was always available for us and checked in often with the crew and with us. I changed and added a few things during the project and it went seamlessly as the team made us feel like nothing was ever a problem! We are so grateful for our new backyard sanctuary and we will be using them for phase 2 in the spring! Thank you for taking such great care of us during this 4 month process from beginning to end!

We are thrilled with the results of our new patio and landscaping. From the initial planning phase through the construction and finishing touches - the crew were impeccable with their work. The design with Jordan came out exactly as we had envisioned. The workers were always courteous and did such a great job with all parts of the project.

POE did our backyard patio and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. Jordan was patient with us as we worked with her on the design and she had great ideas from the layout to the landscaping. And Matt and his crew were professional, clean and efficient.
