Easy booking process. Ivan was here same day and our LG steam dryer was back up and running in half the time I expected. Very reasonable rate for the complicated process, he was very professional and left a squeaky clean workspace.

Slava is very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly figured out the problem and brought the faulty board back to company to fix it. He came back the next day which was a Saturday and installed the fixed board. It works beautifully! Good company good service and good technician. I definitely will use it again.

Slava was fantastic and went above and beyond today. He showed up on time annd went right to work and we had working dryer within 90 minutes. He even cleaned everything and oiled all the wheels for us. Would definitely recommend!!!

Slava did an incredible job fixing our dishwasher. The part was not available and he found a creative solution for us! We got it up and running in an hour, which was critical given that we had just brought a newborn home and needed it to sanitize the bottles!

Work was fine, but repairman left huge divots in our beautiful wood floors and never mentioned it (and covered it up with a rug).

I had great experience with IVAN Appliance repairs! They have fixed my True commercial cooler, the same day, and had all the parts needed. It was fairly priced. Technician Yurii did a great job, replacing the fan.
Will recommend for any commercial business that needs commercial oven, commercial refrigerators or dishwashers to be repaired.

Mr. Slava came out promptly for the appointment to complete diagnostic and repair of our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to share what the problem was and did an awesome job restoring our dryer to working condition, while also cleaning the area of dust.

Very bad service . Left a scratch and Dent in my washer. The water level is lower than before. In the end, the technician eft the washer panel loose and not fitting properly. He refused to fix the panel saying they sent technician twice who did not even take time to tighten the panel. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ivan the manager is very argumentative and wont fix the loose panel. I feel that I was deceived not only the work is incomplete but with a dented, scratched washer with a loose panel. :-(
The technician doesn't speak English which made communication difficult and he was looking at CHAT GPT for guidance. I requested someone who speak English fluently second time and the manager agreed but sent the same person. All it needed a new water level control switch. I paid $295. There are better companies out there in Downers Grove.

Ivan, was great help. We couldn't find anyone in Chicago who could fix our Forno Italian stove ordered from Amazon.We had to order parts from Canada, but at the end we didn't need that part.
Ivan came twice, order the part I belive from California, fix our stove so we could use our oven. I strongly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Ivan😀
