I was very satisfied with their service. Initially I called them in the evening and left a voice message. Within minutes I received a text message asking if they could come out the following morning to fix my furnace. Anthony and Aaron showed up the following morning and couldn’t have been nicer. They were able to get the heat up and running but advised me that I would need to get another part replaced in the very near future before it completely failed. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct part in the van. Within an hour after their departure I received a text message advising that the part was in stock, that they would be back later in the afternoon to install it if I was available, and the total cost for the job.
All in all it was as great of an experience someone can have when having issues with their furnace in sub freezing weather. It was refreshing to have a service company not demand payment until the entire job was completed.
