Been using eco air pros for about 3 years for my maintenance and it’s been a great service. The workers show up on time and they answer any questions concerns that I have. I always forget but I like how they follow up with me to remind me of my last maintenance and whether if it’s time to schedule a new one

I've been a customer for 4 yrs now. They've serviced my three units and have changed all of my furnaces. They're good at their job and very informative.

So far my experience with this company has been great with no complaints. I had scheduled preventative maintenance for my furnace and AC without any major issues. I will be looking into them for ductwork cleaning.

2025 Update: I scheduled for a whole-home duct cleaning with the installation of a UV light and would recommend it for anyone with allergies. They were able to show before and after photographs of our vents and couldn't believe the amount of dirt that can accumulate over the years.

In a market filled smoke and mirrors known as the modern HVAC world, Eco Air Pros Heating & Cooling came through in ways that my family and I absolutely needed. Our condenser unit sprung a leak at the end of the summer and we ended up going through an entire system overhaul (Furnace, Condenser Unit, and Water Heater). The team was friendly from the first introduction at the estimate (Ed). The subsequent phone conversations with Diego established credibility and proved they are excellent at what they do. This professionalism carried over into the install, one days work for 8 hours, with Ivan and Marco. They answered all my questions and concerns from making sure the units were level, ductwork modifications, getting specifications of the humidifier they installed, and walking me through how the system starts up and things I can do to maintain it. They came and went and left the workspace better than it was before.

Another reason to consider Eco Air is that this is an independently owned and operated business. In my research of HVAC companies in the Chicago area, I found several that were owned by Private Equity firms whose main concern is profit and growth. Eco Air sticks out from these companies because of their customer care and appreciation. It's small businesses such as these that give me hope for the future. You guys rock!

I had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed, and the installation team did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented. They arrived on time, worked hard all day, and made sure everything was installed perfectly.

What really stood out was how respectful they were of my home—laying down protective coverings, cleaning up after.
Best part of all Manuel went as far as removing a plant that was in his way and replanting it further from the unit. ☺️. Definitely recommend

I first called Eco Air Pros to look at my A/C. They took care of the problem and the price was very reasonable and they give veterans discounts. I called them back to sign up for one of the maintenance programs they offered and since I was a veteran, they were willing to come out and look at my garage heater for free. My garage heater was old and the replacement parts were obsolete. So they quote me for a new heater. The price was also reasonable and they gave me a veteran discount on it too. They came out on a Sunday to install it, which is one of the few days I had off and they were willing to accommodated me. The techs were very polite and courteous and got the job done in about 2 hours. They cleaned up whatever mess there was and disposed of the old heater. I highly recommend this company. They are very polite, respectful and professional. Really glad I found them. GREAT JOB ECO AIR!

I had an amazing experience with Eco Air Pros! They installed my new furnace and AC, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They took the time to explain how everything works and cleaned up after themselves. And did I mention that I needed a quick turn around and they moved things around for me and made it happen!

Very professional company. Good communication, reliability, cleanup, etc. but still for a reasonable price. They replaced my furnace a few weeks ago. There was a problem with some of the equipment, but they came back and made it right. Overall happy with them.

Ruben & Diego have great customer service skills & are very professional. They’re reasonable priced & are very good at what they do. When I text them with a question or concern they’re quick to get back me. They installed 5 mini splits this summer & now I went back to them because I need to replace my old furnace that just gave out.
Will I continue giving them my business? Yes!
Do I recommend them? Definitely Yes!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this company! They installed a brand-new condenser, furnace, and water tank all in just one day. The day before, they thoroughly cleaned all of the ducts in the house and even added a new thermostat. Everything was done with incredible professionalism—clean, efficient, and highly organized.

I also appreciated that they recycled all of the old equipment at no extra cost, which shows the pride they take in their work. From start to finish, the service was seamless and stress-free. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them for new installations, repairs, or duct cleaning.

I had a fantastic experience with [HVAC Company Eco Air Pros]. From the initial estimate to the final installation, everything was seamless. The salesperson (Ed) who came out first was professional and thorough, and the finance team was efficient and clear with the quotes. The installation crew was punctual, incredibly clean, and very detailed. They took the time to explain everything about the new system and ensured the area was spotless when they were done. Overall, it was a great experience! They replace furnace, outside A/C and 40 gallon water tank.

Unbelievable, service price and quality! I can't say enough about Diego, Ivan and their crew. 1 day I received an out of this world estimate and education about ACs and Furnaces. The VERY next day they installed, a Rheem AC unit, Rheem Furnace and get this, included a brand new water heater! All installed the very next day. They were very efficient and neat. I can not believe I received all 3 for thousands less than 2 other popular companies were quoting for only AC and Furnace, no water heater. You can't go wrong. Btw all their employees have longevity in their company too.

My JB vacuum gauge has been on the fritz since day one, and I've had to clean it multiple times already. Cleaning with alcohol got it working again briefly, but that didn't last. I cleaned it for a week without success. The guy told me they don't bother fixing these ones, so you're stuck with either a refurbished or "reconditioned" unit - whatever that means. I opted to bite the bullet and get a new Robin Aire gauge instead, which at least has a replaceable sensor.

Great job on this one. Their prices can't be beat - same-day service is a bonus. The work itself was quick and quality-checked. They followed up after the fact too. Overall, I'm impressed with their reliability, friendliness, and top-notch customer care.
