Golas was hired by GE to repair our refrigerator. They never showed up on the scheduled day and did not call. Their phone number listed is also not in service. Very unprofessional.

sears hired mike to repair a dishwasher. After 2 1/2 weeks of waiting for the dishwasher to be repaired I found out by Sears the part was never ordered by Golas. I would highly recommend sears stop doing business with Golas since they did not return mine calls or Sears calls and emails. Run don't walk away from this company.

Michael Golas is arrogant, rude and based his treatment of me, could not care less if he had a new customer. Unbelievable. Voice mail is always full. Then when you do reach him, he slurs his speech so much you can barely understand him. Ridiculous. Amazed that his company is on the recommendation list from manufacturers of kitchen appliances. Run the other way as fast as you can, but good luck because there are lots of poorly rated companies in this area.
