The wood I ordered was delivered on time, by a courteous and friendly employee who stacks the wood neatly in my backyard. The price was very competitive and the wood looks to be of excellent quality. The only criticism is they left some wood chip debris from offloading the truck and should have been swept up, but this was really minor in the overall picture. I highly recommend this company.

We had a stressful last minute plea. to delay the cutting of a very thick trunk-branch of one tree in our backyard. The Construction Mgr of a home adjacent to mine hired ArborGreen but didn't inform me until the late afternoon before..as he's been shifty and untrustworthy on several occasions. Too late to get a delay via the courts...I was able to receive in writing a " no kill , no severe damage" text from the Mgr.....One of the reps. of ArborGreen insisted he was a Certified Arborist " so don't worry " but he couldn't find any credentials and other Certified Arborists insist he was/is not...Strange.
Now I need to wait and see...
Something seems very ugly with the manner in which the work was booked.
Id be very careful.

Leo and his team came early for their morning appointment (on a cloudy 55-degree May weather) ....that's great in our book.

We were pleasantly surprised they were able to maneuver through a tight driveway and in between our neighbor's fence and our property to get to the Mulberry tree to remove it, chipped and hauled away.

In addition there was a stump next to the garage and a Buckthorn by the back fence that were agreed to be removed. However, per Leo when they arrived at the location, they found it necessary to cut the fence to remove the Buckthorn and generously offered to cut the fence and replace on their dime to satisfy the agreement.

That was simply music to our ears to hear such news. We recognize superior customer service and business sense from Leo and Arborgreen Tree Service and will not hesitate to highly recommend them for the North Shore Area. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Two virtual thumbs up for Arborgreen Tree Service! Do not hesitate to call them when you need a Licensed and Insured Arborist, you will be in good hands with Leo and his team!

Arbor Green Tree Service is great ! The attention to detail and professionalism is present from smallest tree trimming to emergency fallen tree removal and the full removal of a giant willow tree. We’ve used Arbor Green Tree Service twice - once to remove the buckthorn around the perimeter of our property and once again to clear a space for new plants. Fast, good value, and respectful service. Highly recommended.

From my initial call to the end of the service, everything was fantastic. I called and they sent Jesus out that afternoon - received the quote and scheduled for a few days later. The entire crew worked all day to take down two LARGE 45-year old honey locust and elm trees. It was amazing to watch the team work together and they left the yard looking better than before they arrived. Highly recommend!

Last I needed to quickly remove one of the stems of my large multi-trunk tree when I realized that it was starting to damage my neighbor's garage roof. Arborgreen understood the urgency and was more flexible than the other tree removal services that my neighbor and I contacted. They arrived on the date and time they promised and did a great job removing the stem at a reasonable price.

Arborgreen is the best. Leo Mendoza is very responsive, helpful and it is easy to schedule. His company has removed many trees in my yard. Most recently his crew came to trim up about 7 trees--in and out in 45 minutes, all cleaned up and consulting me as they trimmed. I highly recommend Arborgreen.

We had called a different tree service Bartlett tree experts, they came by a week later to assess and wanted to have their foreman come by for a second look to see if they needed to shut off power. That second visit never came after a month and 2 followup emails. So I called arbor green, Leo came by the same day Friday , took a look, determined we didn t need to shut off power, and had his crew here Monday morning. They were fast, safe, a price matched my existing quote , even throwing some extra bush removals for free. By far the best arborist service I’ve used.

Bought half face cord of well-dried firewood, stacked in my garage off the alley. Ramon was helpful and neat, even blowing out the garage floor when finished.

The crew did an outstanding job and cleanup. I had a tree and stump removed. They also removed vines on the wall of my house.

Arborgreen is a grade A company. They don’t just trim your trees, they check every branch to see if it’s dead and take it down. They take much care in cutting at the right spot so the tree wound can heal appropriately. I also had a stump ground down and not only did he take the stump but all surrounding roots so when my driveway is poured we have a solid base. Leo is great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about all things green. They also plant stuff. Call them!

If you need a tree removed, clean up and even the stump removed...look no further. Unbelievably nice and professional. Had a hard time getting a permit because Lincolnwood is PITA. Once I got the permit came out within thirty minutes and tree gone. Tree was dying and needed to be removed for safety. Thank you so much Abborgreen for helping get rid of this tree..great, great job! 👍😁

Leo, Jesus, and their crew did a fantastic job. I called to inquire, and within the week, they gave me an estimate, scheduled, and finished the job. One tree was on a narrow side of the house. They had the proper equipment and managed to remove it. The other was on the front of the house. I wished I had taken before pictures, but these are the after pictures. They also did some tree trimming for the entrance of my house. They were professional, skilled, efficient, fast, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and look forward to hiring them again to clear my backyard.

The team performed excellent service and were very diligent in cleaning up after the pruning. I would recommend Arbor Green to anyone needing tree pruning services and we intend to contact them again next spring to prune trees at the back of our yard.

Leo and his professional crew performed all aspects of project very well - trimmed back some huge neighbors trees over my commercial roofs. Leo came out and quoted the same day I called - 2 days later the project was done before I even got to the site on a Saturday morning . Six tree climbers , chainsaws , chipper , boom truck and plywood road to protect the neighbors turf - thank you LEO !
