They showed up for the $49 furnace tune-up, but I'm extremely dissatisfied. The technician seemed to do a decent job inspecting the furnace initially. However, he told me I needed a pricey replacement part that would cost $800 - a far cry from the online price of just $20. It's outrageous they'd try to take advantage of customers like this. Their business practices seem shady and I've been warned not to use them again.
