The first guy just assumed it was the brain unit, the second guy said the first guy was fired due to incompetence and still didnt fix my dishwasher. They refused to come out a third time and I didn't want them anyway!

Absolutely worthless. A/C went out. Waited two weeks for them to come. I sat at home all day through there “7 am to 5:21 pm” window and then they canceled on me and rebooked it for 2 weeks later. Completely useless. Just don’t waste your time. There’s no one to call there’s no phone number. Just keep it local.
