Over charged me for a service call $229.00 and then wanted to take me to court because I contest the bill. Stay far away! They didn't even fix the problem!

Called to get my sprinkler backflow inspected...came the next day and it was done. Great work.

Dish washer delivered day before Thanksgiving, delivery guys said they could not install. Called Swift Dylan & Dwayne came after last job, worked I have my dish washer.

we had the experience unlike no other we never called swift to do any work for us a outside vendor called them to our location to repair there water lines ,which was ronoco coffee and they didnt pay swift on time so swift decided to file a property lean on our property which had nothing to do with the bill .they had in correct names of said persons responsible i called and spoke to the lady in billing and she herself got on a 3 way call with me and swift and the issue was discussed between all of us they had identifed they had paid them and a week later we recieve a lean on property . the company is terrible when it comes to customer service the worse part of this is we never even ordered service from them . they should have adressed there issue with ronnoco coffee but instead of doing there issue with the right person they direct it at the buisness that had nothing to do with there call .

Not trustworthy and had to pay someone to come fix the work they supposedly had done. Cost me thousands. Unprofessional and liars. Bathroom cost me 30,000 to be remodeled and they destroyed my plumbing. I called and told the office they said they would send someone I specifically asked them not to send the same guy and they did the work the first time and of course the did. He had an attitude from the beginning he had to go into my basement so ironically after he leaves ...my air condition completely stops working. I had to call a heating and cooling company to come out and I was told that someone cut a cord connected to my unit. When he showed me it was cut straight across. The guy said someone cut it. So you be the judge. Sounds like he was mad he didn't do his job and we had to call the main office. When I called the main office they stated they would handle it and said the guy no longer works there when he is still employees there. They are hiring unprofessionals and criminals. I wouldn't dare let these people in my home.

Been using Swift for several years. Like Ninja's, they get in and get out without you knowing. And I haven't heard any complaints about them from O'Fallon water.

They laid a new water line to our house. it was a decent size job with a couple bumps in the road but they were always in good communication. They did a great job in a timely manner! I highly recommend.

Highly recommend, they came over and fixed our shower drain leak that another plumbing company had created. George was skilled and thorough, will definitely use them again.

The tech forgot to cap the disposal and his fix was to fill the hole with puddy which is not standard practice and can apparently cause issues. I was then strung along for a couple weeks with poor communication on when he would replace the water line to my fridge, and finally when we had a new time setup, he was a no show. Have not heard from them since and would not recommend their services
