We were extremely satisfied with Heating & Cooling's service. They installed two new air conditioners in our home, far exceeding our expectations for quality and workmanship. The technicians were punctual, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. We appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. What impressed us most was how quickly they completed the job on the same day - a truly impressive feat. Overall, we're very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Went to see a doctor, but had to wait more than an hour before being attended to. Doctor seemed dismissive and made some remarks that didn't sit well with me.

I visited this place for both an initial checkup and follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the bedside manner, which was subpar from the start. To make matters worse, during my second visit, I waited over two hours past my scheduled time, and the ultrasound technician seemed completely disinterested in addressing the issue. The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth - it felt more like a nightmare than a medical visit.

I've been dealing with this office for years, but I recently switched due to their appalling phone service - it's impossible to get someone on the line, and when you do, they're often unreachable again. When I had a question about a recent bill, I tried calling the billing department, but no one would answer or return my calls. I ended up contacting my insurance company, who told me that they'd billed an exam incorrectly and I was stuck paying for it.

After two months of waiting, I finally got in touch with the billing lady again. She assured me she'd handle the issue and not worry about it. A month passed, and another bill arrived - I called her once more, only to be met with rudeness and interruptions when I tried to speak. Again, she told me not to worry about paying it; she was handling it. Tonight, I checked my mail and found that they'd sent the bill to collections. I'm incensed - this is unacceptable.

As someone who works in a medical office and understands how insurance companies work, I know that this office needs significant improvement and staff training to handle personal information correctly. Clearly, I'm not the only one affected, as my mother has also had similar issues with them. Do not - under any circumstances - recommend this office to anyone.

They get the job done well, thanks to doctor ayubi's efforts. Despite being pregnant, everything went smoothly and it was great having them around - even when I was at my most demanding. They were professional, kind, and efficient throughout my pregnancy experience.

I visited this office multiple times for prenatal appointments, and it was a frustrating experience each time. The initial interaction left a bad taste - the staff seemed put off when I called in. When I arrived for my first appointment, the nurse struggled to get my name right, despite me correcting her.

Things didn't improve on subsequent visits. The nurse continued to refer to me by my mother's name, even though she had access to my insurance information. It wasn't until I met with the doctor that I felt like I was being treated properly. However, even then, there were moments of rudeness and inattentiveness.

One visit was particularly alarming - I was experiencing severe cramps at 16 weeks pregnant, and the staff seemed dismissive of my concerns. The nurse's behavior made me feel self-conscious about my appearance. I later returned to ensure that everything was okay with my baby, but the experience was marred by more errors.

The office seemed to be operating in a disorganized manner, with different doctors and staff members not communicating effectively about my care. During one visit, the nurse asked if I had received antibiotics for an "infection" - despite knowing I didn't have one. The ultrasound technician appeared unenthusiastic, and the doctor who saw me was too quick to talk and expected me to keep up.

My final appointment was somewhat better, with a nice doctor, but the same issues persisted with the ultrasound tech. Overall, my experiences were extremely disappointing. If I could give negative ratings, I would. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, let alone an enemy.

Moved to Piedmont due to insurance changes while 30 weeks pregnant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel valued throughout my visit. The doctors were excellent, particularly Dr. Ayubi who delivered me, and the nursing team was outstanding. I actually looked forward to appointments because of their warm demeanor. When I had questions, I could get a hold of someone on the phone promptly, which was a big plus. While the office could use an update, I prioritized the personal attention over modern amenities – it made all the difference in my experience.

The customer had a great experience with Heating & Cooling. They received top-notch service from a professional technician who fixed their furnace issue efficiently. The technician was courteous and ensured everything worked properly. The response time and price were satisfactory, which contributed to the positive outcome. It's clear that this customer will be using Heating & Cooling for all their heating needs moving forward.
