McAdam is simply Second to none. My work with McAdam Landscape was simply phenomenal. With heavy rains I consistently had a significant lake and swamp in my back yard. They helped me come up with a smart and cost effective drainage solution. We worked through the solution for some time, tending to every comment and question I had. When the crew came to do they work they were excellent. We walked through the project to make sure we were aligned, they checked in along the way at key points in the project, they came up with additional little improvements along the way to make our original idea even better or to solve for problems, and they cleaned up to perfection. Honestly, the work is so good, you can’t even tell half my lawn was dug up to install drain tile—they even preserved the grass perfectly. I’ve worked with A LOT of contractors and landscapers, and McAdam blew me away. I’m thrilled with the results.

Look no further than McAdam for all your landscaping needs! Calvin is a true professional and a delight to work with. He is super friendly and takes time to answer all questions. Also, he is very knowledgeable about plants, trees, landscaping. He set me up with Raymundo and Pablo to landscape my yard - they did an incredible job! Overall, an amazing experience!

Before Fourth of July holiday needed just two rolls of sod. I was told that there are not any but I signed up for Tuesday after the holiday delivery. When I was leaving Kristi stopped me and told me that there are two rolls available in the shed.
Purchased them and immediately installed them in my yard. I should not have picked them up; I should have waited for the fresh sod. The grass “died”…
Called Kristi and after several phone calls I was able to pick up two replacement rolls for no charge!
Kristi handled the situation professionally. She knows how to make things right, how to satisfy customer.
I will deal with McAdam Nursery in future, if any gardening needs arise

This summer, I had some yard problems, so I called McAdam. Despite my disappointment at learning that they didn't offer home turf maintenance services, they still came by and provided a free diagnosis of the problem I was having with my lawn. They also gave me some advise that proved out to be excellent for getting my grass back on track. I like taking care of my grass myself, and I only needed some expert guidance. And that's exactly what I got. excellent client experience.

I had some lawn issues this past summer and gave McAdam a call. While I was disappointed to learn that they didn't provide residential turf maintenance service, they did stop by anyway and diagnose the issue I was having with my lawn, for no cost at all. They also provided what turned out to be great advice to get my lawn back on track. I enjoy maintaining my own lawn, and just needed some advice from a professional. Which was exactly what I received. Great customer experience.

Can’t wait to start shopping there again they have 5 star quality plants Calvin. Annette are so helpful and there’s another girl there. I can’t remember her name but she is great I’m landscaping the garden in the church I belong to and I bought shrubs and other flowers perennials. They’re all coming back. They look good. I’ve been going here for years and will continue.

Their awesome landscape designer, Lois, destroyed my watermelon vines because "there was some viney thing growing," she apparently didn't know watermelons GROW ON VINES! They were 8ft. long! On top of that, they were in an area that WAS FENCED OFF WITH TOMATOES AND PEPPERS! The plant was clearly marked with a BURPEE ICEBOX WATERMELON tag yet were still cut. Why is that? Is the ability to read not a requirement at McAdam Landscaping??? A tomato plant was also bent in half. You guys going to replace the plants? Also, some indigenous, butterfly-friendly, plants were removed despite the wishes of the property owner. Maybe time for new aptitude tests, English reading and writing tests, and basic garden plant identification coloring books pre-employment?
TIP TO PROPERTY/HOMEOWNERS: If you're planning on McAdam coming to do some work for you and have existing plants that you don't want destroyed, make sure to mark them with bells, red tape, flashing lights, etc.

I called Trimaine during a severe snowstorm and not a lot of heads up. I appreciate that he was flexible and offered options based on the winter season drawing to a close. The team showed up and did an exceptional job given the short notice.

Scam service. Paid $1500 for a seasonal contract after our original company had to close suddenly. Waste of money. They showed up once with 2 guys with shovels and since the ice was too thick they just left. I was told I would get a refund for that service. Never saw that. No one ever showed up again despite all the snow this year. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I don't normally do this although felt it was important to let people know about this company. First the owner Nelson is very nice and promises the best outcome. Reality is he is not nice in fact very disrespectful, especially to women once the project is underway. Finds excuses for poor workmanship and why he can't do something correctly. And the workmanship is not good, not even close. Definitely not worth the aggravation. No stars.

Had Nelson come out to discuss a project and was feeling very positive about working with him. Then, he completely ghosted me. Never received my quote, never received a response to me reaching out. The arrogance and disrespect of wasting my time needs to be called out.

Phenomenal customer service and communication; we would hire Sonin Construction again for even bigger projects in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Timely response to my initial inquiry for a front porch rebuild, quick estimate, quick job completion, good work, good communication and customer service.

Will have the company do more work for us in the future.

Nelson was great to work with! Always on time, reliable and flexible. He showed up at the time he said he would and was efficient in getting the job done. We love our bathrooms!

Sonin construction was great to work with. They completed a complete demolition and rebuild of my front porch and side stairs. They were quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with. They answered any questions I had quickly with email, text, and/or phone. When I had questions about the contract, they were quick to go over it with me and assuage and confusion. Overall, I was very pleased with the finished product as well.

Sonin construction did an excellent work! The workers were very professional and focused on the work. Nelson gave me good advice about the project and how we can expound on it so we can save money in the long run.

I had my old crumbling cement porch taken out and a beautiful covered porch built. Nelson is very responsive, and the whole thing was done in record time, thanks to the crew who worked very hard and very long hours (and I was fortunate my permit was issued quickly and the village inspector was available when we needed him). Some minor adjustments had to be made when it was finished, and they were done really nicely and quickly.

Can not say enough about Nelson and his amazing crew! They created a small kids room for us in a matter of days! They showed up every day on time and never left a mess. Beautiful work and even custom matched our 100 year old trim. The room looks like it was always there. Sonin gets a 5 🌟 rating from me.

Nelson and his crew performed an amazing work at my home. I got my basement finished, adding an office, TV room and restroom. They were fast, highly professional, quiet and clean throughout the construction. I got also a deck installed in my backyard that looks amazing. The price was fair and the time estimate was respected. I highly recommend them!
