Mike was awesome!! I had a very bad blockage, not to mention all of the twists and turns these guys had to deal with.. But they did not give up Until they got it done, and I really appreciate that!!

Scott came out and assessed the problem quickly and kindly. He was able to rod the sink out and gave suggestions for the future. Other techs came out and were not able to fix the problem. Scott was able to fix it with his extensive knowledge and I am so impressed.I really appreciated his calm demeanor and making everything nice and neat after. I will continue to use Flatley’s plumbing express for my plumbing needs. Crisis averted and I am so thankful. Wonderful job done.

Fantastic job! Had a slight gas leak behind my oven that Phil S. of Flatley was able to come out and fix right away. Turns out it was gas shutoff valve. He took care of everything from shutting off the main house gas to replacing the valve quickly and expertly and re-lighting the water heater. Highly highly recommend! Call them if you need them!

Flatley's Plumbing Express came to fix the master bathroom plumbing in sink on May 1 in Oak Forest, Il. My husband and I contacted them when my brother in law was in the hospital, and we were caring for his wife, my sister. The plumber was excellent, fixed the issue within 20 minutes and routed it. It now runs wonderfully.

Scott from Flatleys was very helpful. My toilet and floor drain were backing up and we had guests coming from out of town. They got to us within the hour and had everything fixed within an hour and a half. Scott was very informative and answered all my questions and made suggestions on how to avoid future issues. Of course you pay for expertise, I paid $300 for them to snake out my drain, never happy with the price but it’s the same anywhere else and he did a great job.

I didn't like that the price to rod my sink was so high and the problem was not fixed. There are two point of entry in the basement where it could have been rodded and unclogged, but weren't touched.

Water was still left in my sink. They could have at least made sure the sink was clear.

It was more water than in the picture. This is me trying to plunge and take the remaining water out of the kitchen sinks.

Yes they told me that it could be grease in there but they could have rodded from the points in the picture below and done more for that price.

charged almost 800 for the job and it leaks still (now worse then before). also made the rest of the plumbing leak because of the force used. but that’s not covered because that’s not apart of the job that was asked to be done. just created more problems. don’t recommend.

This company works for Home Depot I went to buy a water heater at Bolingbrook Home Depot spoke with bob he called this company they sent a sales person give me a price it was tripple the price as it was at the Home Depot for the water heater. I had no choice my water heater leaked so I ordered one they installed the next day I signed about 5-6 pages and when I ask for receipt he said in hurry it will e mail to you and left one week went by no e-mail and in fact I called spoke with Ashley, Kayla at he office they both said they will e mail to me but no receipt came thru yet I felt it was a scam on the price of the water heater and installation they don’t want to issue a receipt or warranty papers what other reason could be it beyond me. Sad part is Home Depot backing them up.

Juan from Flatley helped us to replace the water heater in our house. He provided the best service that beyond my expectation. He not only helped to change the product into the right size, talk to HomeDept to update the contract, but also did an excellent work to replace the water heater. He even volunteered to clean up the closet!

He explained to me all the process and even warn me the possible (normal) noice after the first usage of the water heater.

His professional assistant makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I would highly recommend my friends and neighbors when they need the same service.

Scott replaced two sump pumps, he was amazing and fast! The price was affordable. I got a quote from another well known plumber and they quoted more than double the cost.

Flatley's could not have made a water heater replacement any easier. One day service with 30 minutes notification of arrival. Scott our plumber performed the work flawlessly and professionally and left the area spotless. In addition, the staff was polite and assisted with getting a refund on my old water heater, which was under warranty, and helped with setting up all city required inspections. Great company if you want quality

Joe and Bill were great! Sewer pipe broke and they worked all day in the freezing cold (single digits) to make sure my piping was repaired and I could use my toilets and sinks and have water.

Absolutely disgusted with how the backfill was done. Trench opening was only 4 inches wide but the worker spread the spoil 12 to 15 inches wide and 6 to 7 inches high and told me it would settle, with it that wide where is it going to settle and do nothing but kill good grass.
I did this type of work for 25 years , gas street dept at NIPSCO, we would of never left this kind of inconsiderate mess for a customer. The worker said they don't take dirt away, I think it's time for your company to reconsider it's procedure and be more respectful to customers property.

From the start after I did a Angi's List submission looking for a plumber, they called back within the hour and emailed me. I found their communication to be open and honest. When I explained that I needed a check of all the systems, they were not sure and said that they had to speak to the supervisor. Then, as they mentioned he called and spoke to me personally about the issue. He even called me back after I left a message since the office was closed. I was impressed he called me back after hours and showed that my issue was important to him and the company.
He said that he would put me on the schedule for Monday morning. Even though I did not receive a call that morning, I found out that I was on the schedule as Phil told me. From this interaction, I can see this company has integrity; they did an excellent job to come over and check all the plumbing systems in the house including an area where a previous leak occurred.
Bill the plumber who came over was professional and personable. He was even willing to take off his shoes going upstairs. He checked all the systems and wrote it up for me in a summarized format.

The customer service representative Latoya was really helpful as well giving me a call a half hour before his arrival.
I would use this company again in the Southwest suburbs and have no reservations about recommending them as well.
