I contacted Precise after reading some reviews and I'm glad I did. They were very professional from start to finish. I had a huge tree in the back of my yard and 2 medium trees close to the house that I needed cut down and they gave me the best price and did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly and the lead confirmed what was to be done. Every thing was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Precise Tree Care took unbelievably good care of my crimson king maple. Earlier this year I noticed that half of my beautiful tree was not blooming, and I worried that something was wrong. I immediately called Precise Tree Care based upon the recommendation of my dad, who also uses their services. They were able to diagnose my tree as suffering from girdling roots, and began to treat it right away. They are professional, kind, responsive, explanatory, and very understanding. They worked with me and made me feel appreciated and valued. Thank God my beautiful tree has been saved. I can’t thank Precise Tree Care enough! Even as I was out taking for hours, I sent them gratitude and thanks 😂🙏🏼👍

Very pleased with the quality and value of service and professionalism of the crew. The objective of the trimming was met to trim two trees back from our home and our neighbors’ while keeping the balance of the trees. Crew was on time and communication was very good from requesting the proposal to the day of the work. The debris was cleaned up nicely when the work was completed. (Darien)

We used Precise Tree Care for a tree and stump removal at our home in Crest Hill, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a large, decaying locust tree that was a major concern.
​From the very beginning, their customer service representatives who I communicated with (emails & calls) were professional and knowledgeable. Jada and Brianna did and excellent job answering all my questions always responded quick and explained everything clearly. the team did an excellent job communicating through the process. The estimate was done quickly, It was a reasonable price, and we received a transparent quote.
​On the day of the removal, the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They were incredibly efficient, and it was clear they were experienced professionals. They took great care to protect our property, one of the arborist in Jose's crew moved a potted plant further away from were they were working to ensure nothing happen to it I truly appreciated it because if he would of left it where I had placed it thinking it was far enough from the work area the plant would of been broken on accident. the entire process was done safely and with precision. They had adequate tools and machinery for the job.
​They completely removed the tree and its stump and did an excellent job cleaning up. You wouldn't even know a massive tree had just been there!

A day after the job was completed, they email us their information in case we wanted to get in contact with them if we were not satisfied with the job, but they Exceeded our expectations! Have used this family run business several times over the years. They are very thorough and give good attention to details. Getting a proposal and accepting it is very easy on line. Their work in the field is very good from set up through clean up. You always get a great job at a good price.

Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.

Not impressed with this company. Called to set up an appointment and was given a 48 hour window for someone to show up. I kindly requested that somebody give me advance notice due to my work schedule. Of course somebody showed up unannounced without prior notification therefore missing my appointment. Another appointment would take a week or longer. They wasted my time and their own, not impressed

The crew is still at our home and cleaning up.
Things they did well
1. Safely cut branches away from the 2-story house on a very tall tree.
2. Cleaned up well.
3. All workers were polite and respectful.

Things they did not do well:
1. We requested arborist input on a shrub for the day of work, did not receive that, not the fault of the workers.
2. No fully English speaking crew members. They were able to understand pointing and hand gesturing, yes/no but otherwise unable to communicate easily. My husband called the office once during a several hour job, without resolution.
3. One polite non-English speaking crew member nodded and said yes to my directions on a beloved shrub, but clearly did not understand that I requested a revision to the contract, although he told me "okay". I had to leave and came back to find it massacred to my viewpoint, now thinking of just having it cut down. But not by Precise, as I would not use them again, or even refer them with confidence.

We chose Precise for their arborist input, and are still sorely disappointed, could have called the cheapest tree cutters for a similar job.

4. If my husband was not here for part of it, they would have cut even more. Thankfully he was able to stop them. Having an English speaking crew member would have alleviated much of my unhappiness.

Now I just need to make peace with the yard that is mine, which will take time.

If you use Precise, I would request an English speaking crew member or would be very hesitant to use them, unless you want some of your trees/shrubs cut differently than use wish.

5. Somewhat unhappy that I payed a premium price to be this disappointed.
