Precise Tree Care came out and took down three large, dead, red oak trees on our lot, cut into manageable pieces and stacked for splitting. They were very professional, causing no damage to existing landscaping. They were flexible with scheduling and I will be using Precise Tree Care again!

This was my first time using Precise Tree Care. My experience was absolutely amazing from the start. They quoted the work I wanted in a timely manner. The quote was very good and they did not try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. They kept me informed of the process moving forward after accepting the proposal.

They notified me the day before coming out in a timely manner and there were no miscommunications. I had contacted customer service between quotes for some other questions and they got back to me the same day which was also very helpful.

On the day of the service, they showed up on time. We went over the proposal once more to clarify any details and they got right to work. The work and cleanup was perfect and they left no mess behind. My yard looks so much better than it did before.

The staff were very professional, kind, and cared about my property. You can tell they take great pride in their work. I am grateful and thankful to have had such a great experience.

I will be using them again in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great job.

Precise Tree care did an excellent job. They trimmed branches from three different trees hanging over our roof. We are having a new roof installed soon and we needed to clear the space above our house. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. If anybody needs tree work in the Frankfort Square area give them a call. They are very reasonably priced as well.

I was stalled by a local company. I called Precise after that. They seem very service oriented. Answered all of my many questions. They came and took care of my storm damaged maple. Work was very nice and they cleaned out my gutter of fallen branches. I would recommend them . If I need something in future, I'll call them first!

Precise tree service did an excellent job cutting down my tree and clearing what i had cut down . And I the coldest of weather they were very proficient and the clean up work was excellent. I highly recommend them for any future projects.

I contacted Precise after reading some reviews and I'm glad I did. They were very professional from start to finish. I had a huge tree in the back of my yard and 2 medium trees close to the house that I needed cut down and they gave me the best price and did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly and the lead confirmed what was to be done. Every thing was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

Precise Tree Care took unbelievably good care of my crimson king maple. Earlier this year I noticed that half of my beautiful tree was not blooming, and I worried that something was wrong. I immediately called Precise Tree Care based upon the recommendation of my dad, who also uses their services. They were able to diagnose my tree as suffering from girdling roots, and began to treat it right away. They are professional, kind, responsive, explanatory, and very understanding. Very pleased with the quality and value of service and professionalism of the crew. The objective of the trimming was met to trim two trees back from our home and our neighbors’ while keeping the balance of the trees. Crew was on time and communication was very good from requesting the proposal to the day of the work. The debris was cleaned up nicely when the work was completed. (Darien)

We used Precise Tree Care for a tree and stump removal at our home in Crest Hill, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a large, decaying locust tree that was a major concern.
​From the very beginning, their customer service representatives who I communicated with (emails & calls) were professional and knowledgeable. Jada and Brianna did and excellent job answering all my questions always responded quick and explained everything clearly. the team did an excellent job communicating through the process. The estimate was done quickly, It was a reasonable price, and we received a transparent quote.
​On the day of the removal, the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They were incredibly efficient, and it was clear they were experienced professionals. They took great care to protect our property, one of the arborist in Jose's crew moved a potted plant further away from were they were working to ensure nothing happen to it I truly appreciated it because if he would of left it where I had placed it thinking it was far enough from the work area the plant would of been broken on accident. the entire process was done safely and with precision. They had adequate tools and machinery for the job.

Have used this family run business several times over the years. They are very thorough and give good attention to details. Getting a proposal and accepting it is very easy on line. Their work in the field is very good from set up through clean up. You always get a great job at a good price.

Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.
