Electrical reviews in Franklin Park, Illinois

After the recent storm that wiped out power for Elmhurst, Jd Pro Electric installed a house generator. Within 24 hours, we had power while the rest of my neighborhood had to wait 2 more days. Professional, knowledgeable, and on time.
I highly recommend this company!

Unbelievable 'white glove' service from the time I called till the time the job was complete. They were very thorough, attentive, professional and friendly. I highly recommend JD Pro for any of your electrical needs. I work in the service industry and it's really hard to find a reputable company. JD Pro is #1!!!

We had an expert job done by Frank as we had water damage to the drywall that had leaked in our dining room. Frank was thorough and efficient and removed the drywall that had been damaged and repaired it seamlessly and had been able to complete this in 1 day. He surrounded the work area with plastic and left the room spotless! The paint was perfectly matched to the existing paint. We would highly recommend this contractor!!!

My dining room lights stopped working the day before we were suppose to show our house for sale. We were in an absolute panic. They had a technician out to my home within 2 hours of my calling them and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I was shocked in the best way possible. They were prompt, professional, and my dining room lights work perfectly now. Really great experience for us and would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work that JD Pro Electric provided. They're professional, speedy, and very accommodating! We'll definitely be using them in the future for our own needs and project needs- we'll also be recommending them to our peers.
Thanks again for your services!

Preparing our house for sale during this Covid-19 pandemic has been stressful, but JD Pro practices precautions and social distancing and understood our concerns. They upgraded outlets, added outlets and rewired the garage. The team is very professional and does outstanding work. Both the city inspection of their work and the inspection for the sale went perfectly. I highly recommend JD Pro.

Mark came out and did a great job. On the last fixture, we identified a wiring fault and he had to schedule a follow-up. He called the office and - within minutes - the office called me to schedule the additional work.

**They even asked me if I wanted the job on 2 invoices or 1**

Anyone who has had to add on extra days to a job knows how complicated that can sometimes get with billing. To be asked shows me that JD is concerned with having a positive outcome. Highly recommended.

JD Pro came out and installed a 480V 3ph transformer and disconnect for my industrial robot. Dominik was super helpful in selecting the right transformer and materials for the job. His staff came out and completed the install in a quick and timely manner. Within the day I had power to my robot and was able to get it running. I would definitely recommend!

Called JD Pro to get an estimate on hooking up new 220v service for a hot tub. They showed up same day to survey the work involved and described what it would entail. Their work was very professional and we definitely appreciated all of the status updates from the team at JD, as well as the coordination with the city for inspections. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional service, I can't recommend them enough! The crew was very professional, respectful and accommodating to our needs. Their work was also top notch. The work they did in my new beautiful kitchen speaks for itself. We will definitely use them again in the future for more remodeling projects!

Dominik is very knowledgeable in what he does. He and his team walked me through a whole project and explained everything that bothered me. We bought the house and wanted to make it into our home. Dominik worked with us to accomplish just that. Price was fair and only some adjustment had to be made to get what we wanted. Happy with service. Thank you to a whole team.

A++ for professionalism, price, work product, and service for JD Pro Electric Inc. They upgraded our electrical service in a 100+ year old home and brought everything up to code both inside and outside. It was a huge project and they handled it very professionally. There was minimal interuption of electrical service, no destruction to the walls (a tiny amount of drywall was removed), and they did one wire at a time. It took two weeks but well worth it. I highly recommend them. All are hard workers and a pleasure to work with. The job I had them work on was messy and complicated. They sorted it out, gave me a fair estimate, and fixed everything. Thank you JD!

I can’t say enough good things about this team. I needed to install some recess lights in my new older condo that had no lights in the living room. We also needed some new wiring for the outlets and electrical box that were outdated. The whole process was easy and smooth from making the call, getting and estimate and setting a time to schedule! 100% recommend!

JD Pro Electric staff was very professional from the beginning. They fully understood the job and provided me with an estimate. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job within days with various different crews. I was impressed with their work ethic and the work passed inspection. I would recommend their services.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, the manager at JD Pro Elecetric inc , for the installation of my solar panels, and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. From start to finish, Mike demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine care for his clients that set him apart from others in the industry.

JD Pro Electric and Jerry are the best! Incredibly professional and on time experts that helped with all of our needs. Recently had a Tesla home charger installed and they made it easy with everything from permits to installation and support. Great service and I highly recommend!

Chris is excellent at what he does! Very professional and a great personality.

JD Pro Electric was the electric contractor for our home build in nearly 15 years ago. I have used them repeatedly since and have recommended JD Pro Electric to friends and family on numerous occasions. They provide quality work and are very professional. I recommend JD Pro Electric!

I needed six solar panels and a new breaker box installed. After going through eight electric companies and solar companies, none of whom would (or could) perform the service I required, I found JD Pro Electric, who did the job for me.
They were on time, professional, and did a great job. They restored my confidence in the trades. I recommend them to anyone who needs electric and/or solar work performed.
