Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it! Great service, excellent company, highly recommended! Don't try the rest, just call the best- EMEX!

Greg did an excellent job of explaining what he would be doing which helped me shuffle dogs around to keep them out of the way. Process was smooth and straightforward.

Sam did a really great job putting life back into my heating system. It was a job that required a complete parts breakdown of the furnace before the installation of the new heat exchange assembly could be addressed, so labor was a big issue. Now, the repair is complete and I never realized just how minimized the prior system was until this new system kicked in. Nice and warm! Good job Sammie!!

Randy came out to deal with my issue. He was though, found the electrical issue and fix it!!!! So relieved! Would definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Asked inspection of electrical service in a home for safety concerns, along with quote to fix any issues discovered. Pointed out areas of concern prior to service call. Received one sheet of paper that said "electric old, whole house replacement needed." No additional information given. No mention of safety concerns. No mention of what exactly is the issue with the 'old' electric wiring. No quote given for repairs/updates. Asked several times over the course of a week for that info, but it was never given.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision! I called in after-hours once I realized my ac was not working and I was able to be connected with someone who took my info down for a call first thing in the morning. And I was contacted to have a technician Cody come out that morning. Cody was super great at fixing the issue and explained things every step of the way. He was honest and went above and beyond to fix my ac unit! I appreciated having someone I can trust to fix my ac unit and even told him I’d like to have him come out again if I ever need any other service. Precision and especially Cody will definitely be getting my business for future needs!! Thank you, Cody and Precision!

Russell showed up in the time frame we were given. He was neat, professional, and was able to communicate what the issue with our ejector pump was. He fixed it, cleaned up, and was out in a timely fashion.

Martin explained what he did and showed us pictures of all furnace components. Our one furnace is in the crawlspace. Everything

I was originally a client of Freedom Heating and Cooling. When I called for my annual fall heat clean and check I was surprised to learn that Freedom had been bought by Precision Today and my previous go to technicians were no longer with the company. But I decided to give them a try. With freedom I was given a 4-hour window - with Precision I had to block off a full 8-hour day. I requested the first am slot anyway. When 10 rolled around I received a text saying the driver was running late and it was looking like 11:30. I rearranged my day to only find that (only after I called to get an update) the technician, Martin was running late again. Martin called at 2:30 and said according to his GPS he would be to me by 4. He showed up at 5. He was very very thorough checking our two units and wanted to explain most parts and how the furnace worked. At this point I was annoyed he was extra late and really wanted to get on with my evening. He was at our house for 1.5 hours - going back and forth to his truck no less than 5 times. It was a clean and check with no special requests; please being your tool kit and all your items up front. But the part that annoyed me the most was the constant attempts to upsell “ when was the last time your ducts were cleaned?” “Did you know there could be electrical micro surges and we have a part that is only $375 per unit to protect you?” “And there’s a loose part on your unit that COULD be a problem later in the dead of winter so we can replace it for $995”. The selling did not stop there. During three emails and three relentless text follow ups the Precision team continued to push for upsells and financing options. Guys way way too aggressive follow up. I’m sad to say goodbye to Freedom and their uber responsive and communicative dispatch team and their upfront, knowledgeable, accessible and NOT PUSHY technicians. Won’t be using Precision again.

The communication is good. Despite delays at a previous job and a flat tire they didn't cancel and had great communication from David and Mikey. However, by far the most expensive. Over $2800 for an interior clean out and $2100 for exterior clean out for hydrojetting. 5 stars for service and 1 for price. They also called at 6:30am with a robo call to confirm a 10am appointment. Rude way to be woken up!

Furnace needed new fan. Todd did a great job. He came promptly, ordered the correct part and put it in as soon as it was available
Cost nothing furnace under warranty.
