Landscaping reviews in Freeburg, Illinois

Joey and Dakota just finished up a big job for me. They replaced all of the 30 year old landscaping block/pavers, refreshed my patio, and topped off the rock and mulch, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Joey was super communicative throughout the whole process, they showed up when they said they would, and they did top notch work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Whitten for prompt, professional quality, reasonably priced work!

Whitten Landscaping did a superior job and I highly recommend. New sod, mulch beds, border pavers, and lots of new plants. Job was done quickly and for a reasonable price

These guys did an amazing job with our yard!

Very happy with landscaping. Hired to do extras based on passed experience.

Whitten did a fantastic job with the landscaping at my business. High quality at an affordable price. And he did it so quickly. Very impressed.

Joey and Dakota did outstanding work. Tore out shrubs and replanted new. Put down new white rock and pavers. Both Dakota and Joey were very friendly and they both do excellent work . I would recommend them for any job big or small.

Joey did amazing work! He was professional, super helpful & brought my vision to life by the date I was hoping for! He not only had great recommendations along the way, but his software made me feel so much better about making decision since I was able to see everything before it was done! Highly recommend using him and plan to use him again in the future!

When the best is cheaper than the rest!!!Had issues with my gutters, which lead to my yard flooding.Googled and looked around with no solutions.
Came across these guys through a friend, and I am glad I gave them a chance.Felt like it was a chit chat with a friend versus a salesman's pitch.Happy with the work and blessed with the price!!

Joey & his team did a phenomenal job moving a large section of existing fence closer to our pool for more privacy. They are very hard working, friendly, and have excellent detail work for the fence, while being cautious with our existing retaining wall. We appreciate how quickly they worked and how neat & tidy everything was at the end of project. Will definitely use them for all our landscaping needs in the future. Thanks Joey!!!

Joey was very professional and great to work with. He is more personable than the larger companies. He took our ideas and helped make our dream become a reality. Joey has done 2 large jobs for us and we could not be more happy! Check out Whitten Landscaping for your next project and you will not be disappointed!!

Left message and noone called me back.

Communication with customers is dismal. I have left a half dozen voicemails with no response. I pray their work is better than their communication.

Love this lawn care company. They do our landscaping and lawn treatments.Have wonderful service and I have the most beautiful grass on my entire street due to them. I would have anyone else touch my lawn or do my landscaping.Thank you Steve and Julie!

Steve is a true professional. Spent plenty of time to evaluate the proper needs for the job and went above and beyond. If you are looking for an expert in curb appeal and landscaping they are the first call to make.

Had sod installed in the fall 2019 for new home. Much of it was brown from the start. I called and was told to water, which I had been doing diligently. As far as I know, no one ever came out to look at it. The grass never took off and was thin mostly brown by mid summer despite proper watering and feeding. Lawn service recommended re-seeding. Pretty much gone now for second season and will have to be re-seeded. It's always been a different shade of green than my neighbors, I think it might be wrong type for soil. Will have to replace second season - thousands of dollars wasted on sod and watering.

We are so thrilled with the patio Alex and his team installed! They were quick, professional and friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you Alex! Job well done!

Alex Nickens response in fixing a drainage problem at our condo was exceptional! He reviewed the situation quickly and identified a solution. He and his crew were here within a few days to complete the project. Highly recommend!
