Came out during the Scheduled appointment. Identified issue was not serious and addressed concerns.

As usual Doc's is Excellent and Colton is outstanding -knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Mike came out within a day of me sending their website a message regarding a humidifier. They had me scheduled within the week, Colton came out and installed our unit. Super friendly and explained everything I need to know about the new unit. Highly recommend Docs all around

We had another “well-known” company (Four Seasons) come to perform a cleaning… and they almost had us convinced we needed to spend $8,000 on a new furnace. We weren’t convinced. Our friend gave us the info for Doc’s HVAC. The owner was out the next day, listened to what we were told, our own research, and told us we did NOT need a new furnace…instead, just a new gasket and cover for the heat exchanger. Thoroughly impressed with Mike’s knowledge, his ability to listen and his honesty. We will share his info to anyone we know to need HVAC services.

Doc himself was great. Had an estimate 15 minutes after he left.Follow up has been great and Colton who did the work. Knowledgeable, extremely personable and fast in his work. Follow thru explanation of work completed was excellent too. Couldn't have had a better experience

The coldest day of the year, and our boiler goes out at 4 AM. I tried feverishly to relight,set up space heaters, etc. etc. I called Doc’s. I’ve been using their service for 25+ years. Mike came out and had us going in in less than a half an hour. Did the work as a warranty because they had replaced a part last year. they really appreciate their fast and efficient service! The service man came out and looked at the problem. He came up with somewhat of a solution, said he would be back and never did. This appt was from spring/summer.

Doc’s HVAC is Great!! Called with an AC issue at 8:00am and it was fixed before 1:00pm. Mike talked me through the issue and performed the repair quickly.

Mike clearly knew his stuff and did an excellent job listening to the problems we were having with our furnace and proposing cost-effective solutions.

We had another well-known company come out first and their technician basically shrugged his shoulders about what the issue was and proposed an over $2000 repair without even having a reasonable diagnosis. It didn't feel right to me, so I wanted another opinion and Doc's was recommended to us.

So glad we made this choice! Work was efficient and affordable, and Doc's has earned our future business. Highly recommended!
