Reviews of local pros in Genoa, Illinois

Such a great experience! I had an emergency water leak with water leaking through the ceiling into my living room and they were able to get to my house, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within a few hours! Dylan was very nice and personable! I recommend Turner Plumbing and will only be using them moving forward for all my plumbing needs. Great company!!

Best plumber we have ever used by far. Dylan answered my call in an emergency situation on a Sunday night. Answered all my questions and came out first thing and fixed it. He’s done our water softener and whole house filter since. He’s very knowledgeable and does great very reasonably priced work. I won’t be using anyone else in the area.

Dylan did a terrific job! He was knowledgeable, fast, and personable. He was here the day after I called to install the plumbing hardware for our bathroom upgrade. He was done in a few hours, including the shower kit, with a diverter hand wand, new toilet, and two vanity sink faucets, and drain kits, even though the drain pipes were offset from the pipe in the wall. And he even fixed the part of the installation that was done wrong by the previous contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

7 days ago we had Dylan install our hot water heater because it was leaking. Dylan came out the next day the Saturday before Easter and did a wonderful job installing it. After 7 days it's running great, no
issues! Dylan was great to work with. He was quick to respond answering all our questions in detail. If you call Turner plumbing, you will notice their professionalism right away. My wife and I were so grateful he came out the day before Easter and saved our holiday.

Dylan and the team at Turner Plumbing did a fantastic job with our basement bathroom remodel. The pricing was extremely fair, they were quick and cleaned up afterwards which a lot of contractors don’t do. Not only do they do quality work, but they provide a level of care that is hard to find these days. We had an unrelated clog, and Dylan came out on a Sunday to ensure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Turner Plumbing.

Turner Plumbing is awesome. They give an over-the-phone estimate after you send them pictures of the job. It’s so refreshing when you find companies that are honest and have integrity. Dylan, did an excellent job rebuilding the drain in our new home. He put in a laundry sink in the basement and a reverse osmosis filter under our kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and tidy the whole time he was in our home. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable. This is the plumber you want. 10/10 would recommend them.

Turner Plumbing came out to help me with a broken hot water heater. I want to thank Dylan specifically, for being such an all-star. He is very professional, clean, went through what he was going to do, he completed the job quickly and reviewed what was done at the end. This was my second call to Turner Plumbing and whenever I need a third I will call again. Great team!

Very pleased with Turner Plumbing Had a difficult project and they did a thorough job of replacing a main drain pipe at a very fair price. Dylan came out to estimate the project before he did the work and was very patient with my endless questions. We highly recommend Turner Plumbing.

Turner Plumbing acted fast when we called about a leak in our water heater. Dylan was amazing to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions promptly and respectfully. He quoted over the phone using pictures of the install area, so convenient! The install was fast and clean. You couldn't even tell he was there, except for the shiny new water heater! Thanks Dylan! We will definitely use Turner Plumbing again when needed!

We recently purchased a home in Poplar Grove, and I wanted to upgrade the sump pump with a higher quality and redundant system. I contacted Turner Plumbing and made an appointment to meet Dylan. He arrived right on time, reviewed the situation then clearly explained various options to consider and provided a professional quote so I could make a decision. We set an installation date and once he again he arrived right on time. The installation was totally professional, and he left the area cleaner than it was before he started. I am 100% pleased with the service, the products that he recommended, and the quality of work Dylan provided. Turnier Plumbing and Dylan is definitely my go-to person for any other plumbing needs gets my Highest Recommendation!

Dylan is a very knowledgeable experienced plumber. Great personality and respectful of my home. He kept the cost fair, did only was was really necessary, and tested his work before leaving. I'm glad he answered my call so quickly and I HIGHLY recommend him for any problem big or small. He's now my " plumbing guy".

I would definitely recommend Turner Plumbing to anyone who needs any repairs on their home. Dylan came out immediately to repair a water spigot on my home. He did an amazing job and explained everything to me. Turner Plumbing is the best company around and highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend Dylan 10/10! He’s been out a couple times now and every time he’s professional, honest, and kind. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, never tries to upsell, and is genuinely easy to talk to—super engaging and friendly. It’s such a relief to have someone you can trust with plumbing issues. If you’re looking for a plumber who shows up on time, does great work, and treats you right, Dylan’s your guy.

Excellent Job! Dylan was able to come out same day, was super friendly and professional. He did an assessment, ran a few tests to be sure he got to the root of the problem and fixed it right up! Very fair on pricing and made sure to clean up the entire area before leaving. All-in-all, he took what was initially a stressful situation and made it into a, dare I say, fun interaction.

Dylan is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. If everyone at Turner Plumbing does this great of a job, then they are a stellar company! Highly Recommend!!!

After calling around to several plumbers for a water heater issue, I couldn’t find anyone available for a Saturday job. While searching for a local plumber in DeKalb with weekend hours, I came across Turner Plumbing. Their five-star reviews and the fact that they’re a family-owned business caught my attention. I gave them a call and spoke with Dylan, who was incredibly helpful and willing to come out on a Saturday.

They provided a clear arrival window, kept us updated via text, and even offered to come earlier than scheduled—huge plus! They ended up replacing our entire water heater system, completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and left no mess behind. The pricing was very reasonable, and their service was top-notch.

When a minor issue came up afterward, they responded right away and resolved it without any hassle. Dylan was honest, professional, and clearly stands by his work. We’ll definitely be calling Turner Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that the rest of these reviews are spot on in terms of describing caliber of service provided by Dylan and his employees! I had a hose bib freeze and crack over the winter months that led to a substantial amount of water leaking into a storage space in my basement. I reached out to several companies in the area for service quotes and Dylan was far and away the most responsive (and reasonably priced!) of what I collected. He worked with me to find a time to come out, was prompt, and very willing to answer any questions I had. He even commented on the tankless water heater I have installed - said it was a top of the line model and the person that did the install did a fantastic job. I think it speaks volumes about the dedication he has to the trade if he freely noticed and complimented the good work of a fellow professional. And that dedication showed in the final product he installed for me - Dylan and the employee he brought with him (Marc) wasted no time in installing a new, better hose bib and corrected some minor flaws in the current plumbing setup along the way. All told, they were on site for about an hour. The overall experience couldn't have been any better.

If you're in need of plumbing services, definitely bump Turner Plumbing up to the top of the list of companies you contact. You'll be glad you did.

Great service! I asked for a estimate because I believed I needed a drainage cleaning, but they found out it was sewer line next to my home causing all the water to get stuck and not drain properly. Very respectful and would reccomend them to my friends and family.

Marck and Dylan did a great job repairing my sewer that no other company would touch. I won't work with a plumbing contractor unless its Turner plumbing. They are a 5 star company.

We called them and were able to get a non emergency appointment. The guys that showed up were great! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding… couldn’t have asked for better. We would definitely recommend them. As they say we aren’t the cheapest or the most expensive but we guarantee our work.

We need a whole new plumbing system.. can’t afford it now.. but they were able to give us a work around until we can get it taken care of.. plus they waved the truck roll fee..

Thanks guys we appreciate you!

To say Turner Plumbing did an outstanding job is an understatement but no other words completely describe the wonderful work they did; which included multiple jobs from my bathroom to kitchen and even the outside and I can say honestly everything was done beautifully. Trust if I have any other plumbing issues they will be the first people I call.

I have nothing but great things to say about Turner Plumbing. I had a toilet that was leaking and had to be replaced. Dylan came over almost immediately gave me a price for the whole project. He removed my old toilet and replace it with a new one the very next day. Turner Plumbing did an excellent job for a fair price.
