Mike and Austin from G&R Heating and Air were excellent to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I can’t recommend G&R Heat and Air Conditioning highly enough. After another company recommended replacing my air conditioner with a new system that would have cost me around $7,000, I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did.

The technicians at G&R were honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my system instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement. They quickly identified the actual issue, explained everything clearly, and repaired my existing unit for a fraction of the cost. It was obvious they were focused on doing what was best for me—not what was best for their bottom line.

My experience with Edelman Heating and Air Conditioning was completely different. Based on my experience, I felt they were trying to sell me a brand-new AC system that I ultimately didn’t need. G&R’s honesty confirmed that getting a second opinion was the right decision.

Finding a company you can truly trust is rare these days, and G&R has earned my business for life. If you’re dealing with an expensive HVAC estimate, do yourself a favor and call G&R before making a decision. Their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to their customers are second to none.

My hot water heater stopped working. Chris came out that morning to assess the work. His team came out that afternoon to install a new unit. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and friendly service. The hot water heater works great!

This company uses deceptive marketing practices, by sending out customized "invoices" (with person's name and address) making it appear a service has been completed - unless you reach closely that it is a pay now and then they will service your air/ heat system at a higher cost than Mendel. Not helpful for our elderly community.

Very disappointing and we (including the neighborhood) are reporting this company to the BBB.
