The repair person and the office were both Courteous and efficient. The repair person was informative even tho he said we would need a new refrigerator.

Welp. Dude was here for 2 minutes, showed me the freezer seal had come off, put it on, and took the check for $75 trip charge. Lesson learned, check alllllll the way around the freezer door seal. Also, vacuum the vent/coil underneath.

Refrigerator compressor was shot (DONT BUY KENMORE/LG WITH LINEAR COMPRESSORS - GOT 4 years out of a $2k FRIDGE!!!). Repairman was genial and informative, got to work and took care of business. Can’t ask for much more

Setting up the appointment was a little hard. The operator messed up my information, and she was very hard to hear.
But the next day it all got sorted and the repair man was effective.

They have been great so far working with me and my weird electrical issues in my really old home. They’ve gone above and beyond in offering suggestions and helping figure out the best way to take care of my broken dishwasher. Would highly recommend.

Vitaly was great. On time and made sure to find a solution to our very old wall oven. Probably the oldest wall oven out there but Vitaly did not get discourage and was able to fix it and got it working again. Mind you this oven haven’t worked in over 3 years. I contacted 2 other companies they refuse to even come out and take a look at it due to the age of the oven. Def recommend Vitaly and will use him again in the future if I have any issues with any appliance at my home.

Samat with A+ Appliance did a great job. Our installation was tricky as our washer, on the bottom of a stacked unit and in a closet, needed replacing. The job was professional, is back in the closet, and everything works great. We would recommend A+ Appliance.

Fair price. prompt courteous service. Gave it to me straight. Avoided a possible new appliance purchase $$$$$ due to his candid recommendation which was: "No you don't need to buy a new one. Let me fix this one and if you take care of it you ought to get a couple more years out of it". THAT alone is like a foreign phrase to some appliance companies that also have a sales dept. Like I said: They gave it to me straight up and fair.

My service technician arrived on time and explained everything very well after his assessment. He completed the work that was needed, and did an excellent job. My oven is back to working.

My sister greeted Sam, and found him very professional. However, the price quoted for a compressor and freon of $1300 means one should opt for other options, including the purchase of a new fridge. Compressors kits are being sold new, between $200 and $400... so why all that in labor when the process to switch out the compressor, filter, add freon takes 30-40min. YouTube makes it in 20min. So, while I respect and appreciate these hardworking people, they are extremely knowledgeable, I just do not respect the price gouging game. Use these people if you have the money. I would if I didn't do my due diligence in research and had the money.

The gentlemen arrived timely to repair our oven. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed our oven. Already we used the oven and it works perfectly. So grateful for his quick service and honest evaluation.

Company responded to a Viking oven repair and technician diagnosed the problem correctly and returned with parts in a few days to finish the job. Rare to find honest and reputable technicians who are skilled and dependable. Definitely earned more business!
