This store is awesome. I can always find what I need here. You can also rent tools, ladders, garden equipment and vans to transport stuff.

What can I say other than the people here are always helpful and they have everything I need. I love the plants to! They can really change the look of your final project.

my experience here is usually great but, apparently they recently are under New management and I was not Informed when I called asking about their one year policy on perennials I was told by more than one employee said that I can return them within a year if they died, so I did go I brought the remainings of my dead plants and I was told we can't do that we only refund BUSHES and SHRUBS ? And I was very furious because I had spent over 500 on plants and at the end they did honor it but it was a hassle. I was just shock on how misinformed the workers were as well.

They are a professional and honest company.

I have been with Raul and Wendy for several years and have recommended their business to several neighbors.

I moved to the area at the end of October and needed to find someone to do landscaping at my house. Luckily, I saw Official Landscaping doing a few of my neighbors yards. I asked one of the guys if they could do mine(thinking maybe they would have to come back another day) and they did it right there. They gave me a piece of paper to write my name, address and phone number and the bill was sent later. Couldn't have been easier!!! And they did a great job with the mowing and fall cleanup.

Used them multiple times with good results. Last spring they cleaned and re sanded patio but a lot washed out and the moss is still there. They came out once after but same issue. Never came back out after paid for to fix issue. Also seeded but it didn’t grow. Disappointed that They didn’t follow through.

This company did a patio and landscaping for me. So very kind. The manager and his men were doing the job with such joy. They enjoyed working together. Plus they did an amazing job!!! I would fully recommend them. They did all that I asked of them.

I have been a long-time customer, dating back at least 10 years and 3 different homes. We have used Official Landscaping for lawn mower service, seasonal cleanup, brick patio, brick firepit, tree removal, hardscapes around the home, and much, much more. Impeccable and timely service all year round.

This business is unprofessional and does not take responsibility. They will keep asking for your money and not return your calls and make excuses. They were ok until it I needed to end my service due to me closing on a lot. I informed them 2 months in advance and have had zero luck with talking to anyone until it was time for them to send another bill. These crooks are not worth your time, look for better services else where.

I am only say this company and their team go above and beyond to work with you! Wendy provides great customer service and is to the point, when she says something she means it and things got done.

used Official for two years. The first year they did a great job. Everything was done that I asked. Never a complaint. This year must have been a new crew and not a very good one. I made several calls and asked to have them weed whack the side of the house and blow the cut grass off the porch and walk after mowing. It was never done and I never received a phone call about the concerns. Last week they came and didn't even bother to do the back yard at all. I know this because I work from home and have my office where I can see and hear them. The same the week before that. Owners of a business have every right to not call back to discuss dissatisfaction with work but it is encouraged so that you keep your customers happy. I did wait a week to post a review, hoping for a return call but none forthcoming.

I’ve been with official landscaping for 3yrs now and do a high quality job for a fair price. There are times they have overhauled my whole yard in a matter of two hours turning my winter nappy yard into something you’d see on home and gardens. I get many compliments from family, neighbors visiting and strangers walking by on how manicured my yard looks. Thanks much OL!

Wendy, Raul and company were a late addition to our driveway and service walk replacement project, but a very fortunate find nonetheless. Wendy was great at communicating by email and phone throughout the whole process as we navigated the village bureaucracy for proper permits. Raul and his team were very quick and professional in the installation of the new walkways and went above and beyond to remove some of the difficult older surfaces on the property.

Jose and his crew did an awesome job on my landscape needs. Cleaned up after leaving things spotless. They met and exceeded our expectations. They redefined our grass edges and planted new bushes and mulch. Looks amazing. Highly recommended. A+++
