Horrible job !!! We hired them for a deep clean . And we have to clean the house over . Deep clean should take 6-8 hours . And the house is pretty empty except for staging stuff . This is my mother n laws house . It was just done today in Bloomingdale . Horrible

The two cleaning technicians that serviced our home were friendly, professional, and phenomenal workers. We were selling our home and they came in and cleaned it from top to bottom. I added the refrigerator cleaning and it looked as clean as the day it was delivered. Excellent job cleaning each room. The bathroom fixtures were sparkling with no watermarks or anything. The glass in the front screen door was streak free and shining. Especially loved the fancy toilet paper fold decoration. I would recommend their services to all friends and family.

Got my parents’ house cleaned as a Christmas present. They did an absolutely amazing job, spent close to 4 hours. I wasn’t there but my mom said they were also very nice.

Alma and Marielena were friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job of cleaning our home down to the last detail (grout, fans, etc.). We were really satisfied w/ the thorough job they did...so much so that we are continuing w/ regular bi-weekly service. Thank you!

We had team 7 Isela and Manelena and they were incredible!! Out bathroom shower was a state and they were able to get it so clean and sparkling. They cleaned in places I didn’t even do did a really detailed clean for us. They are also the nicest ladies and I appreciated their help! Thank you!!

Alma and Marielena (Team #5) did an AMAZING job. They did a move-out/move-in clean for us despite us still having some stuff left in the house. They moved all the stuff as needed to clean AND they tidied up everything for us. They also added nice little touches like the TP and paper towels art 😂

I had Team #4, Micaela and Yesica, clean our house today and they did a spectacular job. We have a lot of shelves with tiny knicknacks and they were able to dust them all. Usually deep cleaning our house takes me around 2 days to finish so having them complete it in a few hours is a huge weight off my shoulders. I will be a repeat customer.

BEWARE! They have a 2 hour minimum of cleaning which is fine. But my cleaners this past week were here for only an hour and 15 minutes. Was still charged for 2 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Update: I did receive a credit for the 45 minutes of no cleaning but was never told beforehand if they finish early, they can and should stay to clean other areas to meet the 2 hours. Still do not recommend this company.

Horrid job by team 8. We hired for a deep clean after renovations. There is no furniture. The entire household is vacant.

Fixtures were not dusted.
Fans were not cleaned.
The top of the refrigerator was not dusted.
Mud on the stairs.
Tubs were not scrubbed.
Floors were not cleaned (when taking a wipe they are still dark and dirty. We have light oak floors).
Windows were cleaned decently but are still nasty looking. The tracks are not thoroughly cleaned and the window itself was not wiped well enough so there are streaks.
Baseboards still have dust.

We were expecting our deep clean to be move in ready for tomorrow morning and that is not the case. We wasted time and money because we are having to clean everything ourselves. We are now staying overnight, paying for child care, and having to redo the job. We have an infant moving into this space and it isn’t even close to clean. This is our first time using the service and it is worse than I could have imagined.

I called to speak with someone and it went straight to voicemail. I would not have paid $5 for this service. Calling it half done wouldn't suffice.

The two people who came to clean for a major move out situation were helpful, courteous, and professional. Their cleaning performance was superior to all cleaning services that I have ever tried and I was able to add on handwashing breakables at the last minute with an accurate estimate of timed-services. I'm grateful.
I also learned that one had been with the company for three years and one ten years.
I also was able to schedule conveniently after business hours by phone and had an option for next day service.

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I booked quickly for a 1x clean not sure if it was a deep clean, because I have guests coming for my daughter’s Sweet 16 and didn’t have the time to do much research, so I went with this company based on the good reviews. Sadly, my experience didn’t match what I read.

I was assigned Team 8. While the ladies themselves were very pleasant, the quality of their cleaning was extremely disappointing. As soon as I had to leave for work, they told me they only had time to do the downstairs stairs and the downstairs bathroom. I said that was fine. But for what they did “clean,” they easily could have finished the whole downstairs as well. Instead, all of that was left untouched. There was still dust and debris on my floors, behind some of the furniture wasn’t touched, and my iron grill tops were left in terrible condition. The sides of my stove and fridge are still dirty, my bathroom sink looks untouched, ceiling fans were not dusted, and instead of leaving my stainless-steel fridge polished, it was left with some type of oily residue.

They also said they would take out the trash, but it was just left by the door. After working all day and getting home at 8:45 pm, I ended up redoing most of the cleaning myself to get ready for guests which completely defeated the purpose of hiring help in the first place.

The only things I can say were done properly were the air vents and windows, even though the windowsills were left dirty. Overall, I honestly don’t see much of a difference in my home after paying for the service.

This was such a frustrating experience, especially during a stressful week when I needed one less thing to worry about. I really wanted to love this service, but I can’t recommend it based on what I experienced.
