I'd been wanting to upgrade ours because we're adding a hot tub next spring and the current panel probably can't handle it. Reached out through their website and someone actually called back within like an hour which never happens. The estimate appointment was quick, the guy measured everything in the garage and wrote it all up on the spot. We scheduled the upgrade for two weeks later and it went smooth. Now I just need to actually order the hot tub before my wife changes her mind on where it goes.
