When he showed up, he mentioned something I already knew about the system and charged $209. He promised a follow-up call with the replacement cost, but that never happened. I kept calling until someone finally picked up, but even then, the tone from the representative was dismissive. It's puzzling that they'd pursue revenue with an unnecessary service call instead of opting for a more expensive replacement job when I offered it to them.
