Found this listing when I desperately needed A/C service in late June 2014. Given my previous experience wasn't great, I took a chance based on Yelp reviews since it had changed ownership. The team answered the phone promptly, and Brandon was extremely helpful. We scheduled the visit for around 2:30 pm on a Friday, but he called to let me know they were running a bit behind, which I appreciated.
The technician, Jeff, arrived shortly after and got straight to work diagnosing the issue. He explained the problem, recommended a fix, and got my approval before proceeding. The service was efficient, and Jeff checked everything one last time to ensure it was working properly before leaving. What struck me was how straightforward the billing was - they charge by quarter hour for labor.
What sealed the deal for me was that there were no hard sells or upselling attempts. I appreciated this approach, especially since they did find the A/C coolant needed replacement. The cost wasn't cheap, but it was necessary. Overall, my experience was positive, and I'll definitely be using this company again, recommending them to friends in the process.
