HVAC experts James and Ethan of Bush refrigeration, literally fell out of the sky and help me save me 2 to 3 hours of work. I happen to be moving in to Just Storage in St Charles and they were working on the roof just above our hours unloading my belongings. They were getting down off the roof loading up their ladders and I noticed they were leaving and I had one big heavy piece that I knew I couldn't move by myself. They immediately came over and helped and had my entire 18 ft trailer unloaded and but would have been three more hours for me, and record time. They were respectful kind sweet funny, they were this 65-year-old woman's angels out of the sky! I don't know what else I can say. Thank you thank you a thousand times thank you!!!!!

Kris and Cameron were very prompt and very knowledgeable about servicing our generator. Also very polite when entering the home. We were happy to see Kris again as he serviced the generator last year. Recommend him highly!!!

The service techs were courteous and considerate. Covering their shoes when coming into the house is always appreciated. All of my questions were answered without hesitation. Every person from Bush has always exceeded my expectations .

I have to say owning a bar comes with its fair share of troubles, but today my experience with Bush Refrigeration was one of the easiest problems I’ve ever solved. Within days Mike, Will and Ryder came out and put in my new cooler and got it all set up for me this was truly a fantastic company I highly recommend and will be do all future business for my bar with them. 10 out of 10

Mike was great! Very personable and knowledgeable. He sells a great product - never know when an Illinois storm can knock out your power, and Generac is still the industry leader is residential power generators. Just wish I had the money to make the purchase. Maybe later down the road...

He was very pleasant to work with and we are still waiting for someone to email us the bill and the estimate for the part needed so we can get needed approval.

I took two days of from work to have them come look at installing a new system on my walk in cooler. One day they didn't call me, I had to call them for a no show. The next I missed a phone call and a another no show. I understand I live 20 miles away but I was in contact with them for over a month just to try to get them out here. Then they asked me to wait another three weeks for a appt. No thanks
