Located in granite city ill yet wnt come to Madison ill to service the elderly

my expectations. It was quick and surprisingly less expensive than I anticipated. For that, I give you five stars!

This isn't a real place. They have their address listed as Jerry's cafeteria in town. Atleast if you arent local dont try and pretend to be.

Very disappointed in this company. Almost an hour and half after my scheduled appointment they still never showed. Dont not recommend

They did a great job at a good price. Much better than the big repair company. I will be using them in the future.

The repairs men were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and ready. When it came to having to order the part, the techs were honest and up front. I will be calling them for my appliance repair needs from now on

Called for a washing machine repair and got an appt for 2 days out. 22 hours later, then called me and said they cannot find someone in the area to do it and had to cancel my appt. They are not in Granite, they are a phone service that doesn't have a clue who repairs things in the area.

DO NOT 🚫!!!!! They set me up for an appointment from 1 to 3 took my money off my card then calls me from a 1-877 numb to tell me that they have to cancel and couldn't come until tomorrow BAD BUSINESS I don't have money to replace to have somebody else come out !!!!😡 How y'all open 24 hours and then don't have nobody to service your customers

Maybe they do a good job, i will never know. When i called for an estimate who ever answered wasnt friendly at all, made me feel as though i was bothering him. After getting the information i needed i explained i needed to discuss it with the boss, he hung up on me. Very rude.

Avoid this "business". Report this place, before searching for a legitimate business, so Google can have them taken down. As other people have commented, I don't think they're based out of the area. They charged my card $70 and never even showed up. AVOID

This business is very rude, I have a gas dryer needs the belt replaced. Heats up drum doesn't spin. Same issue when the belts wear out.

They guys says we need to check it you pay a check it fee. I already know what's wrong it's a belt so I ask what would the labor plus the belt parts cost.

He proceeded to try and charge that check it fee

i had called for appliance repair and thought i am dealing with a local co
and the guy who booked my appointment wanted my credit card and told me that that is just to make sure he gets paid when he gets here . appointment was set for today . but someone from out of state called me and said there is no technician available . so this morning i am checking my credit card and see that there is a charge and reversal for $110.
from some repair company from Arizona. something is fishy. this is not a granite city illinois company.

I made an appointment on 2/2/21 to repair my washer. The washer is under warranty,but I had to deal with the warranty side of the transaction; understood.
Appointment was scheduled for 2/5/21 with a time frame between (10-1pm). A 59.99 deposit was required with subtract for total price.
On 2/4/21 I received a call from customer services stated they don't have a technician to come to my area. My deposit will be returned in 2-3 business days.
My problem is they had my information at time of request and deposit with no problem. Then I took off for to be home for the repair (no tech) and I have to wait days for my deposit. According to Google maps this location is less than 13mins away.
I'm not happy!!!

I recently used their dishwasher repair service, and the results were excellent. The technician diagnosed the fault promptly and resolved it with minimal disruption. Their professionalism is commendable.

Charged me a 100 service call fee over the phone to come out, then magically became a 120 charge on my card, then never showed up for the service call, called them at the end of the service call window and asked what was going on, they answered and said they had been trying to call me and they couldn't make the service appointment. Never even missed a call from them

Super friendly and professional team. Scheduling was easy, they showed up as promised, and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Nice to deal with people who know what they’re doing.

This site states business is located in Granite City, but was told they don’t service 62040 (Granite City) when I called. This may be a central site that once had a franchised business owner operating under this group name at one time but has since dropped out. Either way, they couldn’t perform as advertised.

Our dishwasher was leaking and making weird noises. The repairman found the problem right away and fixed it within an hour. Affordable and efficient — can’t ask for more.

From scheduling the appointment to completing the repair, everything went smoothly. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Even gave us tips to avoid the issue happening again. Great customer service!

They repaired our dishwasher and it's been running like new ever since. What impressed me most was the upfront pricing and no pushy upselling. Truly felt like they were there to help, not just make a buck.
