Awful. Most big box stores over water their succulents, but this one was so bad I couldn't find one that wasnt at least half rotted

Diamond cut lawncare does good work. Cant make everyone happy, regardless, if he chooses to cut your grass, or not for what ever reason.

Emmaculate lawn care professionals. Very thorough and on time every week they truly are a cut above the rest me and my wife recommend them to all our friends and family.

After using this company for the summer they disappeared without a word leaving my back yard looking like a jungle. I left a message which showed he had read and wasn’t courteous enough to answer.

I recently moved to the Edwardsville area and wanted a quote to cut my grandmother's front and back yard. EXREMELY RUDE on the phone. He answered with his name and I had to ask if he was indeed Diamond Lawn Care and he laughed at me and replied yes.

I told him that I was looking for someone to just cut the lawn on a schedule intermittently while I was away and he replied "I cut once a week and if you don't like it you can cut your own damn grass" and then HUNG UP ON ME

I don't know if he was having a bad day but regardless VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and will tell everyone I know not to give his establishment any business.

How nice it is to have a reliable lawn service! Steve does a great job, this is the 2nd year using Diamond Cut L C. I'm very pleased with all he does i.e. spring cleanup, weekly lawn care, hauling my downed limbs away, etc.

Used Steve for my fathers home in granite city to cut his grass, before he had dirt patches all over, after 3 months the grass looked full, was always trimmed and cut, he blew of the grass trimmings. Something my father wasn’t able to do and I think the old cut grass was piling up and smothered the other grass. I would recommend his lawn care company to any one needing his services, he is top notch!

Steve has been cutting our lawn for a few years now and does a great job. He is on time and goes above and beyond cleaning up after his work. When our neighbor was ill he took care of her lawn without her knowing. I would recommend him to all. Good job Steve!

I've been using Diamond Cut for four years now. They're very dependable and trustworthy. They keep my yard looking nice year round. They just did a Spring cleanup: raking leaves and removing broken twigs and branches from the recent heavy winds. I highly recommend Steve and his crew.

I called the person's cell phone listed on the website. I was inquiring about 1 of my properties and he literally was already non-approachable over the phone. No courtesy, professionalism, or decorum. Our guy who normally keeps up the property has been out sick for about but last 4 weeks and it had been difficult to get another person who came recommended. The guy was simply rude overall as when I tried explaining what was going on & what I found on their web page, heart kept cutting me off stating, "like do you want your grass cut or what"? Then asked has it been kept up, which is understandable, however, if he would have let me actually finish instead of saying "he was good", he would know that it doesn't look overgrown AT ALL. DO NOT shop with this so called business. It shouldn't matter who you are, don't assume the worst with a potential customer. There could have been MULTIPLE properties serviced with an agreement. You won't prosper with that type of mindset and lack of professionalism.

Was not looking forward to raking up my leaves this year and thought about asking a couple local lawn care businesses what it may cost to clear my front yard. I tried one that never got back to me and also called Diamond Cut Lawn care. Steve answered and asked me for my address in order to go by and assess an estimate for me. Steve called me back that day with a good bid. I followed back up with Steve who scheduled me for Monday but had to re-schedule for Tuesday due to the weather. My wife came home and texted me, telling me how nice the lawn looked.

The lawn turned out better than expected. I would highly recommend Diamond Cut Lawn care. The job was done very well, on time and the follow up was great. I will certainly be calling Steve back for any future landscaping needs.
