His plumber have charge us alm$300 and the issue was unfinished, also his plumber drop torch many times in my bathtub and put some major dents.

The woman that answered the phone was very rude every question I asked she acted like i was bothering her so i didn't bother to set a appointment in my opinion when your trying to hire a company the phone call to set your appointment is your first impression anyone that is rude when your soliciting their business is probably a good sign that there service is going to be poor.

Would give ZERO stars if possible!!! My issue was worse after they left!!! Called in thinking I was going to leave a message for them at the office to call me the next day and someone answers the phone by burping in my ear 3 times! Finally says hello and I ask if it’s Terry’s Plumbing the person throws the phone down and starts yelling for someone else to pick it up! Terry the owner FINALLY gets on the phone and is irritated I’m calling his house. I tell him I am pretty sure I am NOT the one at his office who forwarded the phone to his house be mad at them I was going to leave a message. After telling him my issue is WAY worse his response is “WHAT do you expect??? You ONLY spent a $1,025 on this job!!! My guys were only suppose to be there 4 hours and were there all day! I don’t have bionic eyes and can see under the earth!!!” I told him “What I expect for ONLY $1,025 is for it NOT to be WORSE!!!!!” His exact response was “Well after paying my guys I didn’t make any money off of the job!” Pretty sure that is not my fault! His estimator bid the job out at $900 I ended up paying $1,025 and the job was worse and incomplete. The next day we called him and he still can care less and tells us to call Roto-Rooter. After another $475 the job is done RIGHT by Roto-Rooter. Terry can care less about his customers and has NO problem ripping them off. No sorry, no refund no nothing! Horrible business horrible owner.
