I had a really old ac unit from 1997 and it finally died. While I waited for the new one to arrive Michael who owns Shadow heating and cooling kept mine alive by coming to the house to refill it and keep me cool. I have referred him to many friends of mine and business owners with all the same fantastic experiences. I highly recommend to anyone that wants quality and fantastic service!

Mike is extremely responsive. Fair pricing. Answered right away and helped us out with telling us what we needed as far a good thermostat. And came out and put it in for us. I definitely recommend him if you have any concerns.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working so I called Shadow Heating and Cooling. They were very friendly and prompt. They were flexible with our work schedules, came with a couple hours notice, and got it fixed in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Shadow Heating and Cooling!

My heat went out this fall and Mike came out the same day and had it fixed promptly. He sent me photos to show me what went wrong cause it was a roof top HVAC unit. Super friendly, really knowledgeable and followed up to make sure everything was working fine the following week. I did get a second quote before moving forward with Mike. The other company took three days to come out for the quote and it was more than Mike quoted. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

I just,had my first experience with Shadow Heating and Cooling and it was beyond positive. They responded so quickly. It turned out that what I called them about was a false alarm and my error, yet they didn't make me feel bad about calling them. They also still took the time to make sure that everything was operating correctly before leaving did not charge me for the visit. Nexr time I need my furnace or air conditioning serviced I will definitely be reaching out to them and or recommending them to others.

I recently had a frustrating experience with my brand new AC unit that broke within the one-year warranty period. The original contractor who installed it tried to convince me that the problem was my fault and that the warranty would be void. Feeling desperate, I decided to seek a second opinion and found Mike through a Google search.

This was my first time using Shadow HVAC and i was very impressed how quickly Mike came out to my business. Then he quoted me a few options and his quote was by far the best one. The quality of work was also very good

How can I not recommend this company enough. Furnace wouldn't kick on first start up of season. With it dropping down to freezing temps tonight, Mike insisted on coming out at 8pm after a long day of service calls to provide heat for me, my wife and 1 year old son without hesitation. Absolutely grateful for his craft and dedication to customer service.

Great experience getting my AC going again. Responded to my call immediately. We made an appointment for very early AM as that was all that worked for me to get to work on time. Mike was quick/thorough and honest. Others simply have charged my AC in the past and ran! Mike went through the system found a part not working properly (I actually believe the tech from the big company I used last year missed this). No need to even charge me for expensive Freon. Then he fined turned everything so the system is working better than it had for years. Good honest & knowledgeable guy to deal with. My new HVAC go to.

Our furnace went out over the weekend and I placed a call to Shadow. They had someone at my house within 30 minutes and offered multiple options to rectify the problem. I ended up going with a new furnace since mine was older and had given me a number of issues over the last couple of years. The replacement was done fast and at a fair price.
