Great job. Highly professional. Timely. Courteous. Very helpful. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Great company to work with, gave a very reasonable quote for removal/stump and trimming, and my yard looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend, talk with Jeff!

Got several proposals to remove a dead tree and Superior was the best. They took down the tree yesterday and did an unbelievable job. There is not a scrap of bark or a limb left behind. Came early and were very thorough. Would use them again.

Superior is a sales rep. He sent Oakleaf Treeworks out as his truck and he takes 30% off the top. As soon as he left, the Superior magnetic sign was removed from the truck. Oakleaf Treeworks did a hack job to make a good hourly rate out of what was left. They left dents in the ground and damaged other trees from the falling branches. In addition, they cut, without asking me, quite a bit of surrounding vegetation. I have large bare areas along my property which will take years to re-grow. It took two 40 pound bags of dirt to fill the holes they left in the ground. I would not recommend using these tree service companies.

Had a seamless, smooth and swift experience with Superior! Jeffrey was here within a day of my request for a quote. He came under budget by two competitors by $200, and had the work done by the week following his quote. We had an enormous box elder leaning over our house in a menacing fashion, and Jeffrey and team removed it and threw in a smaller nearby removal for one price. He assessed all the other invasive trees in our yard and didn’t pressure me to remove them, assuring me they aren’t problematic as of yet. I really appreciated not being pushed out of my budget. We will absolutely use again.

First I had several people come out and give estimates on the tree removal. I felt that Jeffrey was responsive and professional (and wore a mask) and he even provided a certificate of insurance without asking for it. His price was fair and I ended up going with Jeffrey and yes he uses subcontractors as the other reviews said, but the guys were very efficient, showed up when they said they were going to (and actually early) and did what they were supposed to do. Jeffrey is in a service based business and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job done. I would not hesitate to use him again (and I'm sure I will).

I had used Superior once in past and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time was not the same.Jeffrey came out and looked at our trees and gave us a written estimate of $825.00. This was for trimming and not removal. On the day of service Jeffrey and the crew arrived at 730am. Jeffery then informed me that he wanted an additional $150 for the tree in the drivewayfor a total of $1000. I corrected him and told him that would be $975. That tree was included in the original written estimate. However, I agreed to the additional payment. I had a late start to work and exited my house to check on the trees at 815am. The crew and Jeffery were gone. I called Jeffrey and told him that I was mostly satisfied with the job except for the tree inthe driveway. I also asked him why someone did not make sure that I was satisfied with the job before he and the crew left. I said there were only 2 additional branches on the tree in the driveway that I wished his crew would have cut. Jeffrey said “No Problem I will take care of the branches when we are back in area.” Based on his promise to return I paid by Zelle the full $975 to Jeffrey or the $150 more than the written agreement . When I called back Jeffrey about two weeks later to ask him when he return he said, “I am not coming back”. When I reminded Jeffrey that I paid extra and paid him in full based on his promise to return he again stated “I am not coming back.” You can draw your own conclusions on whether this is the type of company that you want to business with.
